Service was great! The host offered free transfers from the train station and they helped with our luggage as cars are not allowed to be driven into the hotel area. Location is great as it is walking distance to eateries and shopping area. The room has a really nice view of the entire ancient city and it is very clean. The host was very friendly and recommended places for us to go to.

Room is clean and beautiful just like in the picture. The host is friendly and very helpful. They provide pick up service from train station. Location is also good, close to snow bridge.

Big and cozy room with a riverbank view. Great private balcony. Not far from the center. Loud music from bars nearby. The music stops around 23:30 which is not bad for tourist area. Very good. The owner is very nice too.

The guesthouse has quite a bit of character. However, the noise at night from the nearby pub and tourists at the riverbank might be a bit disruptive. The family room is spacious, great for families with kids. Overall, we are satisfied with service and the room.

Very good location. The hotel very near to the favorite bridge in Fenghuang. The room also can see the river on the bed.

Location was nice, the room itself was not the cleanest, which was fine. We appreciated the staff helping us get in contact with cab driver as we left something there. On the day we were leaving, one of the staff said he would take us to get a car to the train station but turns out he overslept so that didn’t leave the best impression. Overall, wasn’t really worth what we paid

The hotel is located in an amazing location. It has the most beautiful private garden-like terrace.The owner/manager downstairs was very kind and helpful. They carried my luggage upstairs and upon leaving they offered to help me arrange a taxi, which I wish I had accepted. I stayed one night.

Location is at the quieter side of the river. Service and room is good.
