The hotel is in amazing location with amazing owners. The room was clean and the view from the balcony is unmatched. The owner helped me with my bag in and out, gave me water for my way back and helped me throughout my stay and even find a ride back to the train station. They are really nice and some of the nicest people I met in China.

perfect location. our balcony was on the shady side of the river near the bridge and shops. friendly knowledgeable staff greeted us at the street then helped with our luggage to the hotel, which is an easy 1 block walk from the street. balcony overlooks the boat ride on the river, which lights up beautifully at night. more live music and singers per square block than anywhere west of Shanghai! (i'm a light sleeper, so i use white noise and ear plugs. all the music ended by 11 PM). endless hanfu rentals, shops, eateries, as well as historic artifacts to explore. one of the most intriguing water towns i've ever experienced. maybe even better than Venice. Fenghuang has the water, history, and fun, but not the massive tourist influx and is on a more human scale.

The room was cozy, and the balcony on the river was truly beautiful. The staff was very hospitable and kind, offering us lots of help and advice in organizing our day. it was really helpful to have someone who could communicate with us in English. Highly recommended.

Absolutely well-located, just steps away from all the main attractions in the ancient city. The room faced the river, which made the whole experience feel truly magical, especially at night. It's also close to the main road, making it easy to reach by taxi or car. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the old town!

The location is perfect. View from the window is amazing in daylight and in the evening. Hosts are very friendly. Our family (two adults and two children) stayed in rooms on the same floor.

Location is fantastic, altho can hear the noise outside but most are off by 11.30pm. Owners are very generous and helpful. Room is cosy and goodview from balcony.

Right in the middle of old town. Easy to explore day n night by foot or take boat ride. View of river from the balcony. Shd stay at least two days to fully explore.
