Kind to upgrade us during low season. Nice spacious room. They also helped carry our bags out. It’s a long distance and our bags were heavy

Lovely hotel and wonderful staff! The views were stunning!

The hotel management sent someone to meet us on the Yun (cloud) Bridge and help with the luggage. It was a good idea as it was not easy to find if you don't know the area and there were stairs to climb in order to get to the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very simple but sufficient. Reception also helped to order a ride for us ahead of time so we didn't have to wait for one in the afternoon heat. The room size is decent and the bathroom is fine. The view is beautiful. The only drawback is that the cleaning could be done more thoroughly.

The rooms are modern and clean. The balcony has beautiful views of the river, specially at night. The people at the reception were also really nice. However the hotel only provided disposable towels, which is very inconvenient, specially to girls with longer hair. It just doesn't work. Also, breakfast only opens at 08:00, which meant we Lost it because we had to catch the train at 08:43.

The staff were great at this hotel! They were waiting for us at the taxi drop off point, and helped carry our heavy luggage. They were so friendly and helpful, giving advice for the local area, offering hot milk in the evening and organising our taxi on departure. The hotel room was also great! The room was spacious, thanks to a free upgrade. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were fantastic! The balcony view was amazing. The location is a little further from the main area, but it is a nice stroll to get there after always eating too much. Thanks so much for a great stay, would recommend and stay again .

The hotel staffs is very friendly and patient by explaining all the things can do and walk around the place. They even pick us up at the taxi drop off area. The hotel is at the end of the phoenix town street so it is very quiet at night.

The hotel is new and has rooms with great view. But be careful in case you take the biggest room on last floor: lights are shining in the window until 1:30 am. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks to their team for our stay.

Had a great stay in this uniquely located hotel on the river in the quiet part of town. The butler Xiaoteng was extremely helpful with any request via Wechat and assisted us to arrange transport to and from the station, met us at the bridge nearby where the car dropped us and brought our luggage to the room, excellent service and friendliness in the hotel. Room was nice and spacious, great view. Good and local breakfast. Cleanliness in the room and hallways could be improved a bit but wasn't bad either. Thanks for the great stay, we felt welcomed by all.

Service was excellent. 小藤 helped us navigate the town and avoid tourist traps. He also went out of his way to drive us to catch our train when we couldn't get a taxi. Location was good, located at the quieter end of the town so we had a very peaceful time.

A wonderful experience!! This hotel is a kind of "Boutique Hotel". Not so large but well designed and newly and beautifully equipped.You can feel the owner's good taste in every aspect. 1. The location is nice. The nice river view. It is not located in the center of the city, therefore, we could avoid the noise.Quiet and comfortable. 2. Well equipped. Screen TV, automatic curtain and washlet（Shower toilet）ーI remebered how comfortable the warm toilet seat is!! But what made me impressed most was the hospitality of the staff. The receptionists and concierge were so kind and friendly and I could feel their eagerness to entertain the guests. Thank you for a pleasant and comfortable stay!!

房間乾淨整潔，靠着江景，明亮好看。 晚上小哥哥們介紹去景區外吃飯，真的好吃到驚艷。回城沿江走回來，一路浮光掠影，美不勝收。 酒店小哥哥們幫忙提行李，非常主動。早餐最簡單，但很可口，幫忙煎了我愛吃的荷包蛋。 有機會要再次入住，體驗真的很好。

民宿的位置相當好，我和老婆只需踏出幾步就可以飽覽古城全景……民宿的負責人很周到，晚上還為我們準備熱牛奶。管家歐哥也很細心為我講解遊玩計劃，讓我能做出更好的選擇。這段時間不是內地公眾假，沒有過多的遊客帶來的吵雜聲，我相信此時此刻，古城寧靜的夜晚，柔柔的燈光映照著江水與城樓，一切更顯魅力和詩意，宛夗如一位有內函而悠雅的（翠翠）。
