The hotel is sumptuous and ideally located opposite the river, the room was spacious, clean, with traditional chic decor and all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast and a magnificent view from our balcony. Special mention must go to Yang Tianli, hostess of the Consulting Service, who guided us perfectly and advised us throughout our stay on the sights and activities of the city, with an overflowing kindness, smiling and contactable at all times for any information!

Hotel is in a good location right on the river. Very spacious and clean. Special thanks to 旅游管家滕芳, provided us excellent service to tour the town and boat ride with front row seats. Breakfast is limited and room is not well soundproof. Overall recommend for the services and ideal location.

I told receptions ten times I am leaving this morning at 630am, I need someone to pack my breakfast, they said you pack on your own, I told them it is ok, just prepare the lunch box for me, I will pack it in 630am! I repeated this message for 10 times already, they promised me ten times they will ready! It end up this morning, nothing!!!!!! No boxes, no plastic bags, no chopsticks, no spoons, I have to go to their cabinet to get all these, to pack everything myself, have to go to the train station to buy chopsticks, it is so ridiculous to charge me 1000 per night, total 2000 for two rooms for such service, also, it was so noisy until 1130pm because of the location, I suggest trip.com off this hotel from the list!!!!!!!!

The hotel's location, cleanliness, and service were excellent, making for an enjoyable stay overall. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. Considering the price of the hotel, the quality of the breakfast did not meet expectations. I would rate the food 2-3 stars as it could use improvement to better complement the hotel's otherwise high standards.

Location is great, but the place is not perfectly clean especially the shower. Sound proof is poor, can hear people talking whenever they pass by.Stuff are very friendly.

Top location in middle of ancient city and front of river with beautiful scenery . Good service and modern room in traditional setting

Convenient location right on the water, right next to the famous stepping stone crossing. Food and bars abundant around the hotel. I booked a river view room with a balcony and the view was incredible. The hotel also provides a porter service for luggage from the closest parking lot (roughly 5 minute walk) since that's the closest that cars can get to the hotel. Only downside is that my room smelled of smoke despite it being a non-smoking room, but it was bearable for one night.

A very beautiful hotel with lovely styled rooms and very helpful staff. Manager Wang's service was excellent. We had a language barrier but they still managed to arrange a pick-up and drop off to the high speed railway. The hotel is in a great location with a view of Fenghuang bridge from the room balcony. Unfortunately it is true what other reviewers say about the bathroom being poorly designed. Rather than a shower, it is a bath tub with a retractable shower head and water gets everywhere if you try to use it as a standing shower. It is also true that the noise from the streets, particularly the music from the bar next door, is very loud at night, but it stops at 23:30. However, we found these to be minor inconveniences in our stay, which was overall very romantic and hugely positive. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel has an ideal location, breakfast is included and is ok, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, as well as having a very traditional style, it is a very cozy hotel. However, I want to highlight that what makes this hotel extraordinary is the service of all the people who work there. It is worth mentioning that I do not know a single word of Chinese, but this was not an impediment for us to be able to communicate, in addition to being They anticipate your needs as a foreigner, they even helped us talk to the hotel that was going to be in another city so that they wouldn't cancel our reservation, since we were going to arrive very late. I thank them very much for their help, being so far from home (Mexico) they were wonderfully homely.

The location of the hotel is right in the center of the ancient town . They have concierge to pick us up from the drop off point . It is a short distance of walk to reach the hotel . The view from the room is perfect and we even got upgraded with a balcony room . We are also offered a complimentary pick up and drop off from train station . The only downside about this hotel is overall the facility is slightly old but pretty well kept . If you want an early rest just take note the music level is really loud from outside and no much sound proof . Music will stop right at 1130pm.

Beautiful hotel location, direct side at the fenghuang water area. The service is 5 stars, they pick up us at the train station and send us back to train station free of charge. I will stay at this hotel again if i go to fenghuang.

Our family stayed here for a nights. Great service with clean room and free breakfast. Our room had a beautiful view of the river. 5 out of 5 would recommend
