Excellent hotel in a great location along the river in fenghuang ancient city! Delicious breakfast and a comfortable room too.

A great location away from the bustling center near the hong bridge. The room was well prepared and cleaned before we came and so there were no difficulties in settling in after a long journey.. the butler 小燕子was exceptionally helpful from the moment we arrived to the point we left the hotel. A great hospitality by the locals for a foreign tourists like us. Bravo and keep up the good work.. thank you

The hotel is a bit far too far to walk to the central in the cold weather. However, they provide the car service to there. The room is warm and cozy with good amenities. The best thing there would be the great service from the personal butler, Mr. tian. He was very helpful throughout my stay there. ☺️

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, plus a lovely view of the river. The location was excellent—just a 10-minute walk from the old town but in a quiet area at night. The amenities were a nice touch, including slippers, flip-flops, and a bathrobe. Common areas were pleasant and well-kept, with a cozy spot to enjoy tea. Breakfast was varied, with options for everyone. The staff was friendly and helped us book a transfer to the station. A couple of small drawbacks: no gym, and the staff’s English was limited, but we managed to communicate just fine. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay!

The best hotel in Fenghuang ancient town. It's located at the first bridge with decent view (1 km from Wanming tower), very suitable for quiet rest. Even though the distance to the center is far, it is walkable range, and the hotels provide free minivan until 11 PM. The rooms are newly built, they're very clean and beautiful. Also the staff is very helpful. They upgraded our room for free. Definitely recommend the place.

The hotel was exceptional; clean, modern, and tranquil. A high-quality restaurant is conveniently located across the street. Breakfast, while simple, was delicious. It is highly recommended for families.

The location is amazing for exploring Fenghuang Ancient City, and the hotel itself is very nice. I had the balcony view room, and it was well worth it to watch the river both during the day and at night. The staff are also very helpful and attentive. The staff member named Sparrow even connected with me on WeChat to help with translation for questions and support - she was so kind! A clean, classy inside renovation for an old, beautiful building on the river. I highly recommend this place!

Had a great stay at this hotel! Because the hotel is new, all the amenities are in great condition and is very nicely renovated and clean! The location is also ideal if you want a quieter spot near the ancient town. The hotel provides unlimited free transport to the entrance of the ancient town as well, which makes it more convenient to get around! Yanzi (燕子管家） is also a great host and helps to arrange transportation from the train station 👍 overall great service, quite convenient location, and clean/beautiful room!

It is a pleasant stay. The hotel room is wonderful and filled with pleasant fragrance. We can overlook the Tuojiang from our room, which makes the stay even more immersive. The butler 阿进 is definitely friendly and helpful. Strongly recommended to all travelers.

Beautiful Hotel! The rooms are amazing, we even get the upgrade because we check-in early! Every room has a spectacular view on the river side! The hotel’s staff is super cool and always there to help. Our personal hotel assistant Tian has been super helpful, he gives us detailed instructions where to go and where to eat. Super recommended. Will come back again in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring 凤凰古城. You can practically do a complete loop of the ancient city on foot easily. Rooms are new, big and has a nice night view. The transport from the high speed rail arranged by our butler was just ¥40. Cheaper if you Didi yourself.

Absolutely 5 stars staying experience. The staffs are super friendly, they started welcoming the moment we stepped out from the taxi, helping us to carry our luggages. The front desk staff, Yen Zi, was very helpful and friendly. This hotel provide "butler" service via wechat and private car to transfer guests from hotel to the "Red Bridge" and return. The interior design is very Zen feel. Our room is facing the river bank and the back of the hotel is connected to the ancient city. Definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to this ancient city in future.
