Qingyu Designer Riverview Homestay (Fenghuang Ancient Town Hongqiao Branch)

Spectacular views and central location just next to the river. Easy to find as it is very near Hong Bridge and is located above a shop selling wooden toys. The shop is the only one in the vicinity so you can't miss it. Level 1 is the toy shop, level 2 is the reception area and levels 3 and 4 are where the rooms with river views are located. There is no lift as it is an old building but the manager was very helpful and assisted us with the luggages. Level 3 has a higher ceiling than level 4 but I preferred the Level 4 room as I can still get a good view of the scenery while lying on my bed. The toilet and shower facilities are good. There are many good food options nearby. I started my China vacation in Fenghuang Ancient Town and this hotel choice made it a good start.

This hotel is perfect for a trip in Fenghuang ! The manager took good care of us and our suitcases and told us all the good spots. The room is incredible, clean, and with a beautiful view !

Must stay there if u going to fenghuanggucheng, the boss is very good, the location is just right in the middle of the gucheng, beside cuihua prawn crackers. The room is very clean and modern with all automatic accessories, better than 5star hotel.

Location, location, location. Right next to the Hongqiao bridge which puts you in the center of any touristy points of Fenghuang. The hotel is on the upper floor of a wooden gift shop next to the corn cake shop. As for the room, the pics of the hotel are right on as references. The room is roomy enough with modern amenities with separated wet and dry bathroom areas. Minor quibbles, the shower room door is not tight in my room and leaks a bit so be careful when you get out of the shower. The town itself attracts lots of tour groups so if you are the kind of person who loves quietness, you need to wake up early for any stroll as the tours will start to arrive around 9AM. Also the hotel is in a hot area for bars and each one tries to outblast the next so bring your earplugs and prepare to wear them until 11:30pm. Now if you are the type of bar hopping, have fun!

Absolutely perfect room and perfect hotel. So comfortable with amazing staff and service. Best possible location for the old town as well.
