This is the most hospitable place I have stayed in China. We got to the homestay a day late, but the owner still let us stay here without extra charges. She even brought us to the bus stop where we could take the bus to the train station, helping us get our luggage up the stairs. The place is very well-kept and the toilet is very clean. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly kind and thoughtful owner. She personally picked us up at the 南华里服务中心 and even helped carry our luggage all the way to our room. Her warm gestures, including the free and welcome gifts provided for guests, made our experience even more special. On the day of check-out, she went above and beyond by helping us carry our luggage to the shuttle bus. It was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Fenghuang Ancient Town!

We had a great stay in Fenghuang. Room was super quiet, comfy bedding and nice courtyard view. Perfectly situated in the old town to stroll at night in the beautiful lights. Owner is really nice and welcoming !

老闆娘超級細心，還沒到鳳凰古城就提前接到她聯繫電話，詢問我們是自駕還是坐高鐵到鳳凰。確認大概到鳳凰古城的時間後，早早的就到南華里遊客中心接我們。一入住，老闆娘就免費贈送了一份鳳凰古城遊玩地圖和歡迎水果，真的點贊。房間設施齊全，庭院乾淨整潔，綠植生機盎然，看得出老闆娘是用心打理的。特別要説的是，距離江邊看夜景很近很近，非常適合想逛夜景打卡拍照，又睡眠淺，對環境要求安靜的人。推薦推薦！！！

民宿環境衞生非常乾淨整潔，進門就聞到一股艾香，到江邊看夜景非常近，逛古城景點都很方便，房東很貼心的定製了古城遊玩地圖贈送給我們，並告訴我們怎麼遊玩最方便，民宿前台放有消毒濕巾和温度計等一些生活物品可以自取，還有創可貼、感冒片等。推薦[強]

看評論説老闆娘人很好，所以就給父母選擇這家，非常感謝，這次鳳凰之行父母很滿意。 入住之前，老闆就提前通過攜程平台打電話溝通，詢問到達鳳凰古城是坐高鐵還是自駕，聽説是坐高鐵到鳳凰古城後，老闆詳細的告訴我，下高鐵後可以選擇打的士或者坐2號線高鐵接駁車直接到南華里遊客中心下車。聽説是給父母預訂後，老闆非常熱心，不僅到南華里遊客中心接兩位長者家幫他們拿行李，返程時，老闆還專程送他們南華里遊客中心乘坐接駁車。 民宿服務細節也很到位，床品非常乾淨衞生，房間贈送有礦泉水，紙巾，洗髮水，沐浴露，一次性洗漱用品和一次性馬桶墊。前台老闆還備有自助式歡迎時令水果。 民宿就在鳳凰古城景區裏面出門遊玩方便，特別適合腿腳不利索的人。去南華橋，雪橋和北門城樓，熊希齡故居，沈從文故居等網紅打卡點都衹要步行兩三分鐘，另外如果臨時需要去市區買東西也很方便。 再次感謝老闆的幫助，有機會還會選擇這裏。

房間很大，很整潔，老闆也超級好，推薦入住！！

老闆娘很細心，第一天到達客棧先帶我們吃午飯及介紹周邊遊覽打卡地點。第二天早餐後，又幫忙安排當天苗寨一天遊並送我們到上車點。第三天我們乘坐高鐵的時間較早，她又幫忙安排車到高鐵站，並預備好早餐打包給我們又送她自家曬的桂花給我們，還幫忙拿行李，直至我們上車後才離去！

房東人很友好，庭院環境温馨，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適。民宿去江邊看夜景非常近衹要2分鐘左右。到南華里遊客中心也近，坐接駁車去高鐵站特別方便。

恰逢淡季，民宿性價比高，所處位置就在鳳凰古城核心景區裏面，到沱江河邊看夜景衹要步行2分鐘左右。床品乾淨整潔，庭院花草房東姐姐打理的很好，值得推薦！

簡直不要太好，服務特別周到，老闆人也很好，衞生特別乾淨，還給了我們一張鳳凰的地圖！！

老闆娘人很好，本已到退房時間了，得知我們還未到出發時間，免費讓我們繼續在房間呆著，避免了外面下雨還得瞎逛，感謝！房間和圖片一致，設施很好，衞生間很大。免費的早餐也很營養健康。
