Good location in FengHuang, warm and helpful reception lady. Hotel has lift, not many home stay has.

Taxi able to reach directly. Lift is available. Room are clean and big. Along the river, nice night view.

Strategically located within the Fenghuang Ancient Town, easily accessible as it closed to the main road. Closed to restaurants. We had a room facing the enchanting river with Beautiful view anytime of the day. The forever friendly and helpful ladyboss who explained all the walking distance tourists spots.

Cleanliness is at par with 4 stars hotel, accessories provided are in good quality

The hotel is decent and conveniently located. Our room came with a balcony facing the river, it offers a nice view yet not too close to the crowd and noise.

Highly recommend to stay here. I was given a free upgrade to a bigger room with a beautiful view. The staff provided great service, even helped me with the washing machine.

There are literally so many home stays around this area. I think all of them are pretty similar. But according to my cousin, the one they stayed was really small and not clean. Luckily, this one we booked was pretty clean and nice. It’s away from the bar street and it’s quiet at night. We have a 4 years old so definitely a plus! It’s super close to the bridge and you can see the river and lighted buildings after night, pretty beautiful. Pictures are from our balcony before dark

Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are well designed too just a little damp due to geographical location probably. There are couple of mosquitoes around the room. Luckily its not a major problem. I guess other hotels shares the same problem. Overall its a great stay at fenghuang.

Perfect hotel in fenghuang, you get the best view! There is an elevator inside (until 4th floor), so you don't have to be tired of going up by stairs. The cleanliness level is perfect, even the balcony floor is very clean. We are very satisfied with this hotel! We get the rooms at 4th floor

It was normal at first but then it gets WORST!! To start, the hotel location is alright it is near the river area but it's not in the main river area it is more on the lower people area. Despite it is said that the elevator is present, but more rooms are available at an upper level (We got the 4th floor which is the highest floor but there's plenty of additional stairs so we still need to carry our baggage up to our room). The room is good and big but the shower has a problem. The hot and cold water is not consistent and it keeps changing despite it is in the right direction (for example : in the hot direction but suddenly turns cold a few times). However the main problem for us is the service. When we first entered the hotel, the owner was alright. Despite she didn't really greet us welcomely but she helped us with the luggage up. However, as we were about to leave the next day the host were VERY DISSAPOINTING. We were struggling to find a taxi as we do not have a Chinese phone number so we ask the host to order us a METER taxi for us. But, the host keep on saying that we need to pay him 40 yuan for the ride to the train station DESPITE the actual ride when we first arrived in Fenghuang to the hotel was only 24 yuan. We asked him for meter taxi many times but he always say he can help order and we pay him 40 yuan. WHICH MEANS HE'S TRYING TO TAKE MORE MONEY FROM US. And to add to that, we weren't even properly given a goodbye or "hope you enjoy your stay" or EVEN A SMILE from the hosts. Plus, I don't think the price is even worth it staying here, because there are other hotels/places to stay that are better and cheaper. Do not be fooled by the nice comments.

Good location. Room is small but it is ok for this price. The air condition is good.

Room was nice, staff friendly. A bit loud at night with stomping on the stairs.
