Catastrophic. The hotel forgot to put my key out on the first night and didn't reroute the emergency number leaving my on a colleagues floor for the night. They apologised to my employer but they failed to apologise to me for the whole week. Once in my room the next day I had to change rooms as the toilet didn't work properly while in the new room the shower control was so stiff it appeared to be stuck on boiling hot water. The room cleaners were really lovely and a man working the desk on the monday was really professional but the sadly the 2 women working the breakfast and the reception were rude and complacent. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
