Gutwinski Hotel

We stayed here for a conference we were in town for, so the company picked our accommodations. This is a small boutique style hotel with a great location! It's in the heart of old feldkirch, close to shopping, restaurants and the conference center. We stayed in room #6 on the first floor of the main building. They do also have an elevator to all but the very top floor. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, there is also a mini fridge and a hairdryer that weighs about 50 lbs. My only two complaints are #1 the room is small and had a lot of large furniture so we didn’t have a ton of space for our suitcase and belongings. #2 the bathroom was also small, the shower was not enjoyable as it was the size of a phone booth with a Phone Booth style door but the worst was there was no shelving to put any of your shampoo or Conditioner on so you either have to sit it on the floor or i put a towel on the toilet w/ My shampoos etc. and had to open the shower door every time I needed something. There is A/C in the rooms in the main building, it won’t go below 20 C but it was sufficient. Some of our colleagues were in the apartments and there rooms were so big but the downfall there is they didn’t have A/C, we were here in June and it was pretty hot like over 80 degrees every day. We also got free breakfast every day which was pretty good, fruit, cereal, pastries and eggs. If we come again we would stay here however I would probably ask for a corner room for a but more space.

Perfect location in the center of Feldkirch, good structure and service, we’ll be back with no hesitations. Staff was prompt and friendly in its attitude. From there easy access to CH and Lichtenstein, Vorarlberg by itself is worthy a visit and stay.

Wir haben ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel verbracht. Das Hotel befindet sich in der Fussgängerzone. Das Ambiente ist sehr düster, aber gediegen, und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ließ kein Wünsche offen. Leider war es nicht möglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen, da bis in die frühen Morgenstunden ein lautes treiben in der Altstadt war. Ausserdem besitzt dieses Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze, und man muss auf die öffentliche Parkgarage ausweichen.

Accueil médiocre, on ne s intéresse nullement au bien-être du client! Rapport qualité-prix misérable. Petit déjeuner dérisoire: produits bas de gamme ( pas d oeufs ni de fruits frais), fromage à l allure vieillotte...! A éviter! Il y a certainement beaucoup mieux dans ce petit village très charmant.
