Scandic Fauske

The hotel is very nice and centrally located with a great view of the water. Check-in was nice and quick. Our room was functionally furnished and very clean. The quality and choice of breakfast was average and the service a bit slow. If we were to come to Fauske again, we would still want to stay here again.

We spent one night at this hotel. It felt a bit old-fashioned though there were attempts to modernise (e.g. some of the public areas). Our room was spacious with a separate hallway and seating area with sofa. The bathroom was a little outdated with a shower over the bath which was not ideal though the shower itself was perfectly acceptable. We arrived at breakfast just after a large group had visited and so some items had run out and it took a little time to recover - but it did!

High price for such a old hotell. Room was noicy. Bad food, same food everyday, hot food that was cold. Forgot something on the hotell room, called the next day, but it was gone, most likly stolen by the staff. Tried to charge double price for the room. Bad service overall.

Prima hotel ivm doorreis naar het noorden. Toen wij er waren, waren er vooral ouderen die met een busreis het hotel aandeden. Parkeren gemakkelijk voor het hotel. Als de bussen vertrokken zijn ben je de enige aan het ontbijtbuffet. Wij hebben in de avond bij pizzeria Napoli gegeten, tegenover het hotel. Prima keuze!

Een hotel zoals velen anderen, alles is een beetje doorsnee en de aankleding en interieurs zijn gedateerd. Bedden zijn prima en kamers zijn ruim van opzet. Miste wel een koelakst op de kamer nu het 26 graden buiten is. Een minpuntje was voor ons de Jazz muziek die gedraaid werd in het restaurant bij het ontbijt en diner. Het maakt het allemaal nog ouderwetser dan het al is.

Nous avons pris seulement le souper à cet endroit qui avait été choisi par les organisateurs d’un voyage de groupe. L’hôtel est bien situé dans la ville. Le repas était un buffet qui était très varié et très bon.
