예약할때는 1박에 100만원 넘는 금액이 맞나 싶었는데 직접 가서 있어보니 돈값 합니다. 경치, 시설, 서비스 다 완벽합니다. 특히 Jien 매니저가 꼼꼼하고 성실하게 서비스 해준 부분이 제일 감사하였습니다. 추후에 긴 연휴가 있을 시 또 방문하겠습니다.

We stayed at the Emerald Resort Hotel for our honeymoon at the end of September for 11 nights. We booked a water villa with pool for half the time, and then in a beach villa with pool for the other half as we wanted to experience both accomodation types. To describe the hotel, it's staff and the overall experience in one word? Perfect! From the minute we landed in Male, a hotel representative was waiting for us with a smile and helped us find our sea plane transfer easily (a chaotic experience if we'd needed to do it on our own). From the moment we arrived and were welcomed by staff and management to the day we left, we were treated like VIP's and made to feel special and important every single day. From pastry chef Navid making me a special Tiramisu just because it was my favourite, to waiters like Miraa and Areej who were always smiling, friendly and offered brilliant service every time we saw them. Our host, Aiman, was simply wonderful! He looked after us impeccably and was always just a message away to fetch and carry us, give us advice, book activities and dinners. No job was too big or too small for him and our honeymoon would not have been nearly as special without his smile, friendly manners and excellent service. He even organised cocktails on the beach for us under the moonlight before taking us to our dinner reservation. The restaurants were amazing and food was incredible!. We particularly liked the beach club and grill for dinner, while Asiatique had a fantastic menu too. Special mention must go to Yashi the sommelier. His knowledge of wines and his friendly manner were a highlight for us. We loved chatting to him at mealtimes and he went out of his way to keep our glasses topped up and give us excellent service every time. He even did a private wine tasting in the ocean for us at sunset which was incredible. All in all id say the island is postcard perfect. The water villas with pools are incredible and even though right next to each other, do feel private. The beach villas with pools offer a different experience and we loved being able to walk onto the beach and straight into the ocean and snorkel there. We had a couples massage at the spa which was lovely - staff were brilliant and the masseurs great! I would definitely go back, and I would highly recommend the island and hotel to anyone wanting to experience the beauty and magic of the Maldives.

From start to finish we had a truly magical experience. The resort and island are heavenly. The staff, without exception, added to our delightful experience with their warmth, good humour and pretty much personalised service. The restaurants and bars were magnificent with fabulous menu choices.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “The Memory Maker – Perfection at Emerald Maldives” My wife and I have just returned from ten unforgettable nights at the stunning Emerald Maldives — five nights in a Water Villa (317) and five nights in a Beach Villa with Pool (210). Both accommodations were absolutely luxurious — spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The bedding, towels, and linen were of the highest quality, and the bathrooms were huge, with his-and-hers sinks, a walk-through shower, and a deep bath for two. Bathrobes, slippers, and even flip-flops are provided, as are premium toiletries and thoughtful extras like toothbrushes, razors, and shaving mirrors. The Beach Villa features two amazing open-air showers, and every villa is serviced twice daily with fresh towels and beach towels. The mini bar is well stocked, there’s strong air conditioning, and plenty of USB ports and sockets. Arrival & Concierge After a scenic seaplane flight, we were greeted on the jetty by smiling staff, music, cold towels, and a glass of bubbly — a wonderful welcome! Then we met our concierge Wisham, who drove us by buggy for a tour of the island before taking us to our villa.From that moment, he made our holiday extraordinary. We nicknamed him “The Memory Maker.” We’ve travelled extensively, but Wisham is the most attentive and genuine person we’ve ever met. He went above and beyond every single day, creating moments we’ll never forget (I won’t spoil the surprises!). Wisham, you should be so proud of what you do — you made our holiday magical. Around the Island The Wi-Fi is free and strong throughout. The grounds are immaculate and peaceful, and the public bathrooms are spotless — stocked with quality soaps and hand towels. The polished taps literally sparkle! Footwear is simple here — flip-flops or sandals are all you need. There’s no formal dress code, just smart casual. Gents, no need for long trousers — many restaurant floors are sand, which is soft and comfortable underfoot. We loved watching sunsets at The Sunset Bar — breathtaking views with excellent drinks. All alcohol and soft drinks are premium brands, and the wine selection is superb. Izmael at the bar is a real superstar, thank you buddy for being so special to us. Sustainability & Learning Emerald deserves a big bravo for its environmental approach — no plastic bottles, no plastic straws. The optional “Behind the Scenes” tour was fascinating, showing the desalination plant, laundry, and staff village. The Ocean Eco lesson with Clara from the dive team was also excellent — informative and delivered with charm. Getting Around & Facilities We preferred walking, but every villa has two bicycles, and buggies are available 24/7 on request. There are no cars or vans on the island, which adds to the tranquillity. The main pool is about 22 m long and 1.2 m deep — great for a cooling dip. Although it’s marked “adults only,” children often use it, which may need better monitoring. This is our sixth time in the Maldives and by far the best place we’ve stayed. The moment we arrived by our fabulously organised plane we were met by Rohit and the fabulously attentive Sid who is our host for the week and his team. Sid was beyond helpful and always kept us informed on daily activities and catered to our every whim!. we began our stay in an over water Villa which was simply fabulous and fit the four of us with no problem (one sofa bed one pull away bed). The size of the room was perfect and the view was stunning. The mornings were spent with the lovely Ahmed, who ran the Sun rise Bar. he would greet us every day with the best Smile and we always look forward to seeing him. Ahmed, we miss you! Lunch was usually spent at the buffet which was a plethora of options or the poolside restaurant which was delicious. Dinner varied every night. We made sure to book in advance so we could sample everything and I recommend doing the same. The Tappanyaki experience with the fabulously talented Sanjay is a must for fun, especially if you have kids…GO HUNGRY for the gala night. They put on the most fabulous spread of food and music we have seen in awhile. After three nights we moved to a beachfront Villa with our own pool and this was simply perfection. We would walk out onto white Sandy Beach and snorkel every day. We have never been to a resort with such good snorkelling.. We swam with turtles and baby sharks and the plethora of colourful fish every day. It was magical. The gym in the resort is perfect and has everything you need. The paddle and tennis facilities is a brilliant, but you do need to book courts with your butler or in advance if you’re keen. My husband was fortunate enough to have lessons with Philip. It was an honour to meet and play with a man with his caliper and a real must for a tennis lover or newbie… Big shout outs and thank yous to Yashi at the Tabernaki who always has my champagne glass topped up Areej who remembered all our drinks every time Al-haan who always smelt amazing Iyaad and Samah who mades us smile and all the other fabulous staff that made the trip perfect. A final note… The fishing trip was brilliant. Many people caught fish and the boat was cool and clean and the team were fabulous ! Also ….We thought the photo shoot would be cheesy but it was good fun and finally a photo of the whole family with all eyes open!!
