When we arrived, our beds in our allocated dorm were occupied. We were then told that we would be split across different dorms, which we expressly did not want when we made the booking. We were forced to move into a bigger dorm and did not get the benefit of paying extra for a smaller dorm. Then, staff clearly did not manage this on their system because on the second night, two people had been allocated our beds. We and they were then forced to move again and all of this happened in the middle of the night (11pm) which was incredibly disrupting. The place was also incredibly dirty and poorly maintained. The showers were disgusting. I paid for a towel that had a blood stain on it. The rooms had no ventilation or cooling. For the inconvenience, poor management, and ultimately the disruption from being moved into bigger dorms and beds twice I requested a full refund of our stay and was ignored.

There's a nice seating area Activities breakfast comfy beds the showers a bit rundown. The staff are friendly it's about 10 mi unites to the train and bus station there is a mall across the road it has a good beer system were you pay when you leave cheap prices for a stay

We checked and and then straight out again. We knew it was a hostel and generally we like the atmosphere and happy to go with the flow. However The mattress was disgusting, just a sheet on the mattress with no protector. I just couldn't sleep on something like this.

Ha chiuso definitivamente. Tutto è in abbandono anche se avevo fatto la prenotazione.peccato perché sembrava molto bello. Non sembra chiuso da molto, perché è ancora abbastanza in ordine. Chissà che è successo. Buon viaggio a Farò.....

Franchement une honte ! Nous n'avons même pas passé la nuit !! La chambre est à peine faite, je pense sincèrement que les draps n'avaient même pas été changés, aucune isolation, le haut des portes de chambre, ce sont des vitres donc j'imagine que la lumière arrive directement dans la chambre le matin. La jeune femme était perdue dans quelle chambre nous attribuer, elle a du essayer plusieurs portes dont une avec la poignée qui lui est carrément restée dans la main. Les sanitaires et douches ne sont clairement pas propre .. même à ce prix là (58€) c'est honteux. Nous avons passé 4 jours en Algarve, nous avons payé les chambres dans ces prix là à chaque fois (dont une auberge de jeunesse à Sagres), c'était clairement d'un autre niveau ! Je ne comprends pas comment cet "hôtel" peut arriver en 5e position ???

148€ por uma noite num quarto com um colchão estragado, com um carreiro de formigas na parede acima da cama e mais formigas pelo chão e mesinhas de cabeceira (tenho fotos), sem ar condicionado ou ventoinha em pleno verão, com o puxador da porta partido/estragado, acesso a wc partilhado e pouco limpo. Era suposto oferecer pequeno almoço “continental” em forma de buffet, ao invés fui confrontada apenas com 3 opções fixas e como intolerante ao glúten acabei por comer 1 ovo mexido com 4 fatias de tomate. No fim, fui convidada a lavar a minha loiça.
