Clean and comfortable room with all the usual facilities. Lovely spa and pool - also a gym which I didn’t use. Can’t really comment on service as I only briefly saw someone at check in, but she was very pleasant. A restaurant but I didn’t eat there. Good location for travelling into London the next day. Minor issue: bath towels are a bit small and thin (and I’m not a big lady!)

Good hotel with some great views from their garden. The perfect place for an evening drink as the sun sets. The facilities include a swimming pool which is an added bonus. Breakfast was a reasonable price and offered a very good range. Only downside was due to a party in the room next door. This of course was not the hotels fault however getting through to their customer services about this matter and getting things sorted was not the most straight forward process. Would I stay again? Yes.

Service was appalling, the beds were so uncomfortable my back is in bits, I had an air conditioning unit outside my window which was going all night sounded like a plane and there is a motorway outside the hotel so we could hear cars all night and when I told the receptionist all I got was, ok!, very rude staff don’t like to chat what so ever, I definitely won’t be going back! There as also sick outside the reception entrance from last night to this morning which wasn’t a pleasant sight

Very close to the busy A31 road so some may be disturbed by the road noise, depending on the room location. Parking ‘permits’ must be acquired at reception -easy enough to do but not really convinced it adds to the guest experience. Mistakes may be Very costly. Leisure facilities were fine. Restaurant offering basic but reasonable. 2 course dinner offer for £10 very good value….. especially when brekkies are £12. !

I spent a total of three days at the Hotel whilst on a work trip which included needing some time to do computer based work in the evenings. It turned out to be the perfect place to stay. A comfortable and quiet room with all the facilities you could ask for, a great breakfast with friendly staff and a kind of 'make yourself at home' feel about the place. I did not use the restaurant as I was working late but did enjoy pie and mash ordered from the bar area one evening, (along with a pint), and both went down a treat. There is a health spa there too so next time I will remember to pack my swim shorts. All in all it was an extremely pleasant stay and I saved money by booking through Trip.com too.

It is always nice to come here, we always use the sauna and swimming pool when visiting which is very relaxing.
