The house is located high up on the hill. The property is 4km from the village of Saint Laurent le Minier, and 2km from the best local swimming: the Vis waterfall. It is the ideal setting to spend a quiet moment, with a beautiful view of the olive trees and the Cevennes mountain.The renovated parts are 130m2 and has sleeping accommodation for 8 people with 3 bedrooms. A part of 70m2 with veranda and two double bedrooms with 2 toilets and an additional bathroom (sleeping: 2 additional double beds) is available at an additional cost. The rental is fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 gas hob and an electric hob, senseo coffee maker, wine glass, all kitchen utensils, internet, TV not antenna, bring your DVD player or iPad + connectors). There is a large wood oven for making breads, pies and pizzas in the yard.We dry the laundry outside. If it rains, we bring the laundry to the dryer for a fee in the city of Ganges.
