Courtyard Aravali Resort

The property is great, the staff is trying their best to be helpful, special mention of sahil from housekeeping who was superb. However the property is too busy for the current staff strength or the current infra. The rooms are loosing the quality, showers are in bad shape. Needs to make some quick repair and maintenance.

We stayed at Marriott Aravali Resort for one night on December 27, 2024, to celebrate our anniversary. While Nitish was the only staff member who displayed genuine hospitality, the overall service was far below expectations. Despite informing the hotel of our special occasion, the only acknowledgment was a minimal decoration on the bed, which felt underwhelming for a retreat destination. The rest of the staff appeared indifferent and lacked the warmth and professionalism expected from a Marriott property. The food was another major letdown. Both dinner and breakfast were bland and fell short of Marriott’s usual standards. It seemed the focus was primarily on catering to higher-tier members rather than ensuring a quality experience for all guests. The “Chaupal” event was poorly managed, and the rain turned it into a complete disaster. Furthermore, the access road to the property is in poor condition, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, this experience was far from the relaxing and luxurious retreat we had hoped for. We cannot recommend this property and suggest avoiding it altogether.

We had a wonderful experience at Courtyard Aravali. My daughter really loves spending time at Courtyard especially Giggles and evening Chaupal with Tambola game. I would like to give a big shout out and thanks to Mr Naveen Negi for his lovely hospitality. He had upgraded me to suite room and got the lounge access included for me considering I am a Platinum member. Even though he was busy with the wedding guests, he took out time to meet my entire family and made sure we are comfortable and arranged refreshing welcome drinks. I would also like to thank Mr Akash as he had made some wonderful mocktails for us and was very sweet in recommending the drinks and also helped us with few recipes. Mr Arvind at the restaurant was also very approachable and ready to help in any ways and got us few items which were not there in buffet. This really shows that all the staff members are willing to go beyond their duties to make the stay memorable for the guests.

Great experience. Me and my baby both enjoyed it a lot. It was fun loving for every age group toddler, teenagers and even elders. I thoroughly enjoyed it with my family. I think it was perfect with games of every age group and different games for new experience.

Pros: The room was comfortable and included a nice sit-out area. The reception staff were courteous, and the welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch for Elite members. The pool was well-maintained, and the 4 PM high tea was a delightful experience. Cons: The location is quite far from Delhi, which makes transportation challenging without a personal vehicle. The room initially lacked bath towels, and I had to request them twice. During breakfast, the restaurant staff seemed more focused on a group, leaving individual guests like us feeling overlooked. Additionally, the wardrobe light had to be removed as it wouldn’t turn off.

Here’s a thoughtful review you can use: I had the pleasure of being served by Akash, and I must say, he’s one of the best bartenders I’ve ever encountered. Not only did he craft the most amazing drinks with precision and creativity, but he was also an absolute delight to talk to. His friendly demeanor, great conversational skills, and passion for his craft truly elevated the experience. Akash made sure every drink was tailored perfectly to my preferences, and his recommendations were spot on. If you’re looking for a bartender who goes above and beyond, Akash is the one. Can’t wait to return for more of his incredible service and cocktails! Highly recommend!
