We had a very average experience at this property. I was looking forward to staying here from some time and when I was finally able to, it turned out to be pretty disappointing. The list of what went wrong is long. 1) I asked for room decoration which was confirmed over email but that surprise got ruined as it wasn't done even though we checked in at 3 pm. 2) The room I booked was premium room but it was full of mosquitoes and was already looking worn out. 3) The next horror came when we did not receive our luggage for 3 hours and was told that the tag was misplaced. When it came back, it was missing a bag which was surprisingly held back because it had a small speaker. We were told that they do not allow speakers in any room. Again no one told this before, neither at the time of check-in, they just withheld our bags. 4) We ordered food in our room and the chicken noodles were left raw and did not even have any chicken. It was replaced after complaints. To my surprise, both the items were still added to the final bill and removed when I pointed out. 5) The high tea and snacks were tasteless. It all looked just very very basic, no quality, no attention at all. 6) The fun activities were all paid, not even cycles were complimentary. 25k a night room and still looking to mint money.p BUT MOST SURPRISINGLY, the response to everything was made to look serious and Mr Naveen Negi and Raghav Mehta, who tried their best to look concerned about the issues but nothing changed on groud. They asked what can they do to better the experience and when I told, my request was ignored. By the end of it, I lost my Interest and patience to complain and thought of enjoying rest of my family time. Ps - The pool is really good and the restaurant had music and a good spread.
