A very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staff but felt as if they were short staffed. Most expensive hotel of our trip and no free breakfast…even though they said there would be a continental for free when we checked in? Besides that, overall good experience.

Nice staff. Good location off the highway. Room was a little dirty. Ceiling is thin, could hear the person clomping above, back and forth in the early morning and in the evening. Housekeeping is every other day. Generally needs some cleaning and maintenance.

Dirty room, bed sheets had yellow stain and black mold, room next door to us had a party all night, called the front desk for any assistant with this. Told me they will come check it and never did. I should have read the reviews, I’m writing this review while I’m staying at the hotel and as we are unable to sleep due to the party on our floor. Will never stay here again, I don’t recommend.

When we got into the room, the safe was beeping and we couldn’t get it to stop. We went to the front desk. Desiree came up and helped us. She wasn’t able to fix it, but she moved us to another room and we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance

Special mention goes to Kathy, a true gem who made my stay unforgettable. The rooms were not only excellent but meticulously cleaned and stocked, thanks to the dedicated housekeeping team and their vigilant manager. The full kitchen provided delicious meals, served by an amazing staff, while the bartenders took the time to connect with guests on a personal level. Four Points is more than just a hotel; it’s a place that holds a special spot in my heart. Whether you’re visiting the nearby hospital or traveling for work, I highly recommend making Four Points your home base. It truly is a unique blend of comfort, hospitality, and family.”

Desirae was very hospitable and gave 5 star customer service!! She is amazing and our stay was great, our room was very comfortable and surpassed our expectations! It was very clean as well. We definitely give 2 thumbs up and highly recommend this hotel!!!

Desiree at the front desk greeted me and accommodate all the requests that I have. She is very welcoming and friendly. I need to travel and stay in Fargo frequently, she is the reason I always coming back to Four Points! Very clean and quiet hotel to stay. Convenience location next to the Sanford Medical Center and easy to access to I94. Has bar and dinning spot in the lobby area, the servers are all great there too.

Desiree at the front desk was amazing! I got in late and she was all booked up. She sent me to the bar while housekeeping went and got a room ready for me. She even made sure it was the room type I requested. I've stayed here dozens of times, and it's treatment like this that has me always coming back!!

Stayed for one night with the family, able to get in around to our room early which was nice. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and fitness center were used. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit small.

Wonderful place to stay at. Highly recommend. Every employee is welcoming, helpful and caring to guest's needs. Rooms are clean and very nice. The food and bar there is fun and has good food. Will behind the bar is fun and accommodating. Great guy! Everyone is great at this hotel. I can't say enough good things about this place.

We regularly stay in Fargo to visit family. I was disappointed on every level at this stay. Check-in was brusque and provided no details about the hotel that I normally receive when staying at competitive locations. I had to ask about parking. The room was expensive, small and cramped. The bed was way too firm, and I’m not picky about beds. Somehow, the head of the bed was lower than the foot. The furniture was chipped and old, and the door on the wardrobe stuck. The shower door was stuck half open. The towels were tiny and thin, and only two were provided. Housekeeping started vacuuming the hallway and next door rooms at 8:10 am on a Sunday.

Desiree checked us in. Very pleasant gal. Room was spacious and clean. We could not figure out the tv, she came up and walked us through turning it on. 😎 We could have hosted our family Christmas here!!! A real BANG your buck!!!! Nice fridge-stove-HUGE microwave too-beautiful glassware ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ real nice vacation-I don’t even have a dishwasher at home 🤓

Thank you to Don from maintenance for rescuing my diamond hoop earing out of the bathroom drain. You went above and beyond. I greatly appreciate it! I will definitely be more careful in the future.
