Disgusting. The chain is not maintaining this hotel. Dirty and stinks musty so bad I wanted to check out but literally no places available in Fargo tonight. We are leaving the window open all night it's that bad. Windows look like they have black mold. All wet on top too. Window coverings are dirty huge grease stains. I asked front about it they say they usually have complaints of musty for the 1st floor not 4th. Not sure that's true or I got the one gross room. Sinks leaking door is rotten and hard to open. Will not be enjoying this night at all. Not sure how this place has good reviews because we booked because of trip advisor and it is not accurate from what we are experiencing.

Room was great. Clean. Breakfast was ok, not a lot of variety for the price point of the hotel. Property was nice. Hotel was a bit pricey compared to other hotels if the same caliber. Internet was aweful. Cutting in and out and when the staff was informed they didn’t know what to do.

The room was very clean and well appointed. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. There was lots of soap, shampoo and lotion available to use. There were containers of all of these on the wall of shower. So easy to use. There was ample wash clothes and towels as well. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

Very clean. Room was huge. Did early check in, so the in person check in took about 2 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Can't comment on breakfast because we haven't gone down yet. But the area looked perfect. Easy access to Interstae 94.

Stay here all the time because their pool area is nice. Not anymore. Hot tub is gone and pool needs work. They still have a hot tub listed among their amenities. I don't trust a business that practices false advertising, so I'm done staying here. I also didn't appreciate the fact that I had to clean the shower before I could use it. Gross.

We have been in Fargo for an extended period due to a family emergency. So this has been our home away from home for about three weeks and counting. And let me tell you. Patrick and his staff have been nothing less than amazing they have been taking great care of us and we sure appreciate it. The rooms are clean the bathrooms are clean the beds are comfortable. So this will now be our main stay when we are in the Fargo area. Thank you to Patrick and the amazing staff we appreciate everything. Ps breakfast is pretty good also

Great place to stay! Was clean, quiet and had a great breakfast included! It was close to everything! The staff was pleasant & attentive to anything we needed. The pool was great! The water was warm, but refreshing & the area was clean. Thought there would be tons of kids playing there & thought it would be really crowded, but it was quiet & pleasant as well. Highly recommend!

Very courteous service, comfortable beds, quiet and convenient. Very clean property. Front desk person was phenomenal and booked me a quiet room, thank you Ginia! If you are done with driving for the day, just walk over to the Aliens restaurant. Unless you have children on the younger side, sit in the bar area!
