Lower level living area includes a spacious well stocked kitchen, sofa with pull out sleeper for 2. Out the sliding glass doors you’ll find a Large patio with gas grill and fire pit. The swim/sun dock is fully visible from the patio so you can watch the kids play on the Lilly pad. Yes! It’s included! Smart TV’s are in all bedrooms and high speed WiFi included. On-site (unsecured) trailer parking is available for $10.00 per day charged by condo association. It has furniture that seats 6 comfortably and has its own acrylic dishware, a Roku TV, Visio soundbar, and beverage refrigerator. Gas grill is located on Front Deck. Designated “Smoking Area” with bistro chairs and table located on Front Deck. Stocked Laundry Room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located off the Kitchen. The larger of the 2 swimming pools is "heated" and is located next to this condo building (a 2-minute or less walk) with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shady areas, and restrooms. Clubhouse contains vending machines, an exercise room with new equipment, and a reading room. Tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trail, Lakeside promenade, and play area for kids located in complex within easy walking distance.
