The condo is located downtown and is just steps from a variety of bars, shops, cafes, bakeries, fine and casual restaurants, Bigfork Bay, Flathead Lake, and the Swan River Nature Trail. This unit comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, with a pull-out couch. A new memory foam mattress has been added to the pull-out couch for a better sleep. The unit can accommodate 4 adults if they are willing to share 2 beds and a bathroom located in the bedroom.This second-floor condo features two Adirondack chairs on the front porch to take in the sights and sounds of the Swan River and downtown Bigfork. Stay warm with forced-air heating and cool with central air conditioning. The condo has a smart TV and a DVD player in the main living area with books, puzzles, and games to keep everyone entertained. Connected to the living room is a spacious bedroom for sleeping in with a king size bed and smart TV. It’s stocked with plates, bowls, cups, pots, and cooking utensils. You will have access to the entire condo area. There is a shared courtyard that features a hot tub, picnic table and a BBQ for all Marina Cay guests and owners. During the summer, there is an ice machine open near the hot tub. The park has announced that the timed & ticketed entry system that has been in place for the last few years will NO LONGER be in place for 2026! The park typically has various construction projects planned during the summer. Beginning July 1, private vehicle parking at Logan Pass will be limited to a maximum of three hours.
