I understand hotels are not responsible for items left, I get it. But does it really mean they get to KEEP what you left? I left my shaving kit I've had for 26 years I got in basic training at Ft. Knox, KY. It had a 1 month old bottle of colone that was $140, Oral B iO-7 toothbrush that was $199, razer with refills $49, then shaving cream, etc, so on top of about $450 worth of items, an irreplaceable to me reminder of when I was a scared young kid in basic training. I was there on a military trip in uniform, guess it doesn't matter, what you leave becomes theirs and they throw away the rest. So yes, very untrustworthy cleaning people!!! 0 out of 10 do not recommend!

Stayed 2 nights as part of our high school robotics team. Hotel was clean throughout, from the lobby, to the hallways, the buffet area, and the rooms. No signs of bug activity in the room. Bed and sofa were comfortable. In room kitchen was dated, but clean and usable. Breakfast buffet was one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had recently. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. Location felt safe and close to restaurants and shopping.

Stayed on our way travelling south. Front desk staff was not friendly, in fact he seemed annoyed that I was checking in. I had booked in advance and checked in on the app. My keys were ready but the clerk still seemed irritated that I was there and he had to answe the 2 questions I asked, In fact he told me to ask in the morning when I checked out- Which I find quite in convienent since I enjoy the fact that I no longer have to "check out" and can just leave when I am ready. The hotel is under going complete renovations, which I understand is necessary, but do not remember seeing notification of this when booking. There were paint buckets and tools left in the hallways, as well as garbage bags- which ended up being a blessing since it helped lead me the right way. Rooms were ok- found left over socks in one pull out bed but did appreciate the dishes that are provided. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok and morning staff was friendly
