Birch Tree Cottage

Welcome to North Pole, Alaska! We designed this cottage with a spacious open floor plan, so it has no actual rooms, except the bathroom, of course! Inside, a ladder to the loft brings you to a comfortable area with one queen bed, dresser, and it's own lighting. In the living area there is another queen bed, next to a spacious closet stocked with extra bedding and fun things for the kids! Along with a smaller closet stocked with cleaning supplies. The couch is a pull out couch bed for extra sleeping arrangement! The kitchen area, and countertop, is stocked with coffee and tea, a two burner cooktop, and all the necessities for cooking. There is a smart TV mounted on a full range, long arm mount, to be able to swing wide for viewing in multiple locations of the cottage, Netflix is on us! Who doesn't love Christmas all year round!
