The Villa is located within the hamlet of Fabbrica, a village that was built in medieval times by the noble families of the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and which, despite the fact that many centuries have passed, has not undergone any changes that have distorted its characteristics. The villa, built around 1800 in Art Nouveau style, overlooks a magnificent scenery of vineyards, olive trees and rolling hills that surround the city of Volterra. Villa "La Veduta", 150 m a.s.l.. In the centre of Fabbrica 6.6 km from the centre of Peccioli, 25 km from the centre of Volterra, 35 km from the centre of San Gimignano, in a quiet, sunny position, 40 km from the sea. Private: terraced garden (fenced), swimming pool (12 x 4 m, depth 120 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
