I paid for a room some time after 10pm. Instead of going straight to the room I went to get something to eat. After eating I went to my room only to find that the bathroom had URINE stains on the seat, HAIR in the shower and used wash cloths hanging on the shower rod. I had a room with double beds and one of the beds had only one sheet and a quilt with large stains on it. there were no pillow cases on the pillows either. I spent a good 40 minutes calling to find another hotel. After I found another hotel I went to complain and check out and was told that I would not be given a refund so I am disputing through my credit card company. Do not ever stay at this place!

Bad service overall. Breakfast advertised before booking; however, they provide no food upon arrival. Also, they make no effort to give a refund or a discounted to customers for taking away the breakfast option.

I did not have very high expectations for this property but I was only going to there for a quick overnight stay. For $80 this was a complete ripoff. The rooms have not been updated in recent history. The bed and linens were worn out. The towels in the bath looked like they had been used a at car wash (see attached photo). There were small garbage pails with sand outside the rooms that were filled with cigarette butts (disgusting).The front desk area looked like storage facility for all kinds of crap. If they were getting $40/night I could understand the condition of the property. Never again.

It was so many roaches crawling from behind the big super 8 picture all on the bed and in the bathroom roaches color from under the bed the bed was nasty stuff all over the sheets it was very uncomfortable experience I would never ever ever ever ever ever ever in life come back to the super 8 Wyndham Griffin
