I came up to Chicago to visit my girlfriend we rented this place so we can have a romantic end to our date night. I live in Dallas and wanted it to be a special night, the concierge was attentive and receptive to that want and gave us a room on the top floor overlooking the city. The view was amazing and I highly recommend this location for any couples looking to have a special night. It was clean and I couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The counter staff was friendly. It is within walking distance of downtown Evanston.

No slippers and robes are provided. Room service never comes to clean rooms unless you ask at the front desk. Breakfast is very bad. Pancakes were hard, bananas were soiled, waffles were too sweet, not much variety as well. Staff is helpful. Only good thing is the location.

It was pleasant & peaceful stay.

In town for a sad occasion , a memorial service for a close friend. The evening desk staff person, Tigist, was outstanding in all ways! Her welcome was warm. While accomplishing all the checkin tasks efficiently, she offered kind sympathy and took time to invite us to share our story. Roger, the daytime desk person, was another welcoming efficient person. He quickly responded to any needs, including assuring us that we were welcome to relax in the (very nice) lobby lounge and that our car could remain parked free of charge until 5p. Checkout is 11am. Also breakfast is a hot and delicious buffet while real plates and silverware. There is an upcharge for it but is actually worth the price.

距離西北大學 步行20分鐘以內，很方便。從奧黑機場開車40分鐘 。就是住一晚的旅行 唯一缺點是晚上房間挺吵 晚上12點 樓上總有吸塵器工作的聲音。早餐10美金 自選項目 比較方便

酒店的位置非常好，距離西北大學步行衹有十分鐘，可是酒店裡的設施太過陳舊、樓道里的地毯散發著難聞的氣味，還好後來發現房間的窗户可以打開一條縫隙，房間裏提供的毛巾和浴巾也是用了很久的，感覺很差！優點是電視節目有ESPN……

Las instalaciones están un poco anticuadas. La televisión antigua y los muebles poco modernos. La ubicación es genial, ya que está en downtown cerca de restaurantes, bancos, T-Mobile, tiendas varias y la universidad.

酒店位置稍微有點偏，有停車場，但是有限號且拐彎幅度較大，需要注意。匆忙住一晚，沒來得及體驗健身房和泳池，有點可惜了。早餐相對簡單了點。

服務很不錯，我們寄存行李也很方便 房間設施舒適温馨典雅，床挺大，我和娃一人一張1.5米的大床非常舒服 離西北大學走路10分鐘左右，很適合我們 衞生：很好

美國的連鎖酒店期望不能太高，中規中矩吧，價格相對來説還能接受，位置很方便，周圍的超市和餐廳選擇很多，離大學步行距離就能到達

位置很好，性價比還可以吧，前台服務態度很好，早餐沒吃，有自己獨立停車場，購物出行吃飯都方便

在美國遇到的唯一一家在上午10點多同意入住的酒店，且免費升級了套房。房間非常棒，前台人員的態度也很好，唯一遺憾就是不含早
