Hôtel très propre et chambre spacieuse. Petit dej très complet Vraiment à proximité d’europapark. Par contre , prix payé à l’accueil qui ne correspond pas du tout au prix annoncé par trip et on ne comprend pas pourquoi même quand vous demandez des explications.

房間裏沒有水壺和冰箱。 可以帶狗，很好。但衹能帶狗在過道里用早餐！ 房間大小還行。 房間兩天一打掃。 衹有第一天有一瓶免費水。 住了三天， 其它兩天沒有。

Chambre familiale spacieuse. Déjeuner avec tout ce qu’il faut! On y retournera!

酒店環境很好，房間乾淨整潔。

The room was very clean and well looked after, it was also very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The hotel was let down by being woken up by staff and guest in the night. We were given the room closest to reception. At first, we didn't see how this was a problem, the hotel wasn't very busy. The big door that separated the rooms from the reception was wedged open meaning we were woken up multiple times by guest coming through reception and staff making a lot of noise and mucking about in reception with music and talking in the night. Around 1130pm we had to go and ask the staff to be quiet and also again around 1230am. We made many attempts to keep the "large door" closed but it was constantly propped open. Our room was next to a staffservice room and staff would constantly go in and out of the door, along with its BEEP every time the keypad was touched. The hard surfaces in the room mean all sounds outside the door echo into your room. Breakfast was pretty good but on all 3 mornings flies were buzzing around all over the food. Its shame we couldn't rate it higher, but having to wear ear plugs to sleep in a hotel we've paid for is not cool!

The hotel is quite new and modern. Very clean and well-maintained. The staff is very nice and helpful. Despite the hotel is located close to some industries, the acoustics are perfect. Breakfast was very good and varied. There’s no safe box and closet but I think it’s because the star rating of the hotel. It’s still really good and I would return.

New and stylish hotel. Cleaning was impeccable and the AC was easy to operate and worked really well. The staff was nice enough to let us keep our cooling clamps in the freezer during the night. A big plus for the little stool in the bathroom. Breakfast was good, but there was an odd tea-selection. I couldn’t find any regular black tea, such as earl grey. I recommend this hotel that is only 15 minutes from Europa park. Cleaning is only every other day, which is fine, but I would have liked a refill of toilet paper.

Everything was perfect and better then i expected. We got a family room and it was great. Positiv : - Free Parking - great and clean rooms - good breakfast buffet - near to Europa park - the price was very competitive i have no negativ point, i would book here again for a trip to Europa park.
