Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast and nice bar. It is in a good location to get from the Castle . There is a playroom for kids, and it is attached to an aquatic facility with pools, slides, a lazy river and a hot tub. My only disappointment was the hours for the gym. Since it is attached to the aquatics facility, it doesn’t open until 830 am. I would have loved to use it around 630-7.

Everything was fine. The room was clean, and big enough, the food was varied, and satisfied all needs. There was a room for children too. The experiens spa was very good too. The staff was polite, and helpul. The wiew from my room was wonderfool.

Delicious food, kind Staff, clean rooms, excellent wellness, although the temperature was higher than comfortable in the rooms. The hotel and the wellness section is very well equipped for young children also, including toddlers.

Great hotel, close to the Slovakian border and Danube river. The spa was easily accessible and included in the price of the room. The staff was professional and friendly. Room was clean and had a great view.

The hotel's services are of a high standard. I can only recommend it Room service, reception and catering are of a high standard The cleanliness of the room, the well-being of the entire staff are professional

Good price-value ratio. It is convenient to get over to the spa over the covered bridge. Wellness area had some construction ongoing, no cold water from the shower in the sauna or cold pool. Water fountain would be nice at the saunas. Food was ok. It was too hot in the room. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful environment, beautiful hotel with the best staff I’ve ever met! The kindness of them is amazing. The restaurant is perfect with many many options for breakfast and dinner as well. Big thank for everything!

Positive: Very nice hotel, food is excellent. Saturday night piano concert was amaizing. Spa is great, easily reachable. Negative: Out of 2 lift only 1 was working, this is a huge bottleneck with kids, had to wait long, this was uncomfortable.

We had a great stay with 2 kids. It would have been even better, if the bathroom door wasn’t creeking and the minibar was cold enough. It would be great to have access to a microwave all day due to our baby.

We are reoccuring guests in the hotel. We are satisfied with its services. We had half board, the brealfast and dinner was excellent. The wellness section was open and available to use. The playroom is okayish for smaller kids.

Very clean and nice and big room, clean and comfortable bathroom. In the room was caffe and tee. The bedding - pilows and blankets are comfortable. T was very nice to stay on the unique terrace, enjoy a morning caffee or listen to the weekend evening music - in the room was it quiet.

It was too hot in the restaurant. The air-conditioner was out of order. It was the most problem. The room is well-equipped, food is delicious.The hotel is nearby by Bazilika. The spa is super, children love it.

There is everything you need for a relaxing holiday, and the city is gorgeous. There are plenty of things to do also outside the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. I would like to come back soon without the kids too!

The hotel itself is OK. But, you stay there because of the wellness/spa. That was not OK. The wellness/swimming pool area was so full of external guests, mainly from the neighboring Slovakia, that we had no place to lay down our towels. The swimming pool was so crowded, that we could not swimm. People were eating their pre-packed sandwiches in the pool area, trampling on the crumbs, fruit parts. Not very hygienic. It is not a pleasant experience, when you travel to that hotel because of the wellness/swimming pool part. We were told at the reception, the hotel and the swimming pool have different operators of recently.
