Second stay at this lovely hotel, specious rooms, nice room view overlooking the ocean, amazing breakfast, will book again

Почти все слегка не работает. Краны, дверцы шкафов. Сам отель нуждается в ремонте. Внутренний бассейн закрыт. Внешний бассейн без подогрева. Посередине матраца огромный бугор. В номерах пластиковые ложки, рум сервис тоже приносит пластиковые. Шаттл до Эссуэйры с 10 до 18. Завтрак не впечатляющий, но ок. Из плюсов: вокруг бассейна много шезлонгов. Много мест отдыха. Есть детский клуб. До океана идти около 40 минут.

Belle accueil avec du Thé et gâteaux, room service assez vif, les deux piscines sont très bien dont une naturel sans chlore, petit déjeuner il y a vraiment le choix et serveur au top. Avantage burkini ok navette qui ramène en ville toute les heures, en famille ou ami endroit sympathique.

房間的衞生不錯，但是我們訂的兩張床的房間。兩張床之間的距離非常的小，感覺像是連在一起。而且因為是度假酒店，房間裏沒有地方放電腦，沒有一個像樣的桌子。看來那邊兒的人度假的時候根本不用電腦。另外充電的插口找了半天才找到，是在邊兒上一個。樹樁型椅子邊兒上的一個小插口。插口的面板兒一插就掉下來。淋浴間沒有簾兒也沒有門兒。

L hotel est top, un accueil plaisant avec du thé a la menthe,le chambre très spacieux, plusieurs piscines, le soir il y a des animations sympa avec possibilité de faire chicha, le petit déjeuner est bien, le dîner varie. Et si on veut sortir la boîte de nuit collé est bien aussi.

Sofitel the prestige range of the Accor group owns this huge well situated complex in Essaouira offering sights of the fantastic golf and beach. It could be a place to remember however it is very badly managed. We had one of the bungalows with private pool. Upon arrival one of the airconditioning units in one of the two bedrooms couldn’t be put of. The remote controls for one of the TV’s was missing, the other one didn’t work. One of the blowdryers didn’t work neither.Nothing looks poorer than curtains that aren’t properly hung up. Unfortunately it seems to be the case in the whole hotel. At breakfast there is no decaffeinate coffee available. The first morning we had a mix of two different cutleries. There were no tea-cups on the table and our table didn’t have any sugar-stand with Dietor, white and brown sugar. Curtains hang half broken in front of the windows, a chair was missing a leg, other chairs still had the label with the price on the back. What shocked me the most was the fact that the “chefs de rang” sat all together, some taking breakfast, others playing on their phone … nobody was guiding the staff ( some of them motivated and doing their best ). This hotel MISSES any form of CONTROL and that is very sad. One of the central wings seems to be abandoned with open window and clutter everywhere. If anyone of Sofitel contacts me i will be happy to send photographs. Sofitel Marrakech is an example of how things can be , but this hotel is a shame.

I stayed with my husband and toddler for two nights. We had a very relaxing and calm stay. I would definitely recommend the hotel! All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and professional. Always smiling and willing to help. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the pool area and the views from the sea facing rooms. The lobby is a bit crowded with some ‘interesting’ art work. Our room was large however the layout was a bit strange and probably not best suited for a family. The bath was exposed and the shower too (no doors except for the toilet). The room definitely needed some modern renovations. The AC was not very strong, the room got quite warm in the evening. The reception team sent a technician straight away and this helped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The cot provided was clean and comfortable for my toddler too. The breakfast and dinner buffet were great. Lots of options and delicious food. The food was plentiful and the table service was fast. We had lunch at the restaurant by the pool. The paella and pilpil were amazing and highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back.
