This hotel did not disappoint. Tui blue and we found it clean and spotless. Staff very attentive. Greeted at reception and offered fizz. Room ready early. Had a beach view room. A tad on the small side but adequate for a week. When we return we are opting for the suite so we have more room! Balcony nice in evening as the sunsets are fantastic! Entertainment good. ABBA brilliant. The motown group were fabulous! Silent disco on last eve was fun. We joined in with the fun quizzes, bingo and yes no games! Daytime did lots of pilates, stretching, aqua hiit, with the amazing and extremely talented Kalinda. We loved the day Entertainment too. Played Kubb, shuffleboard, table tennis, water pong! We loved the different relaxing areas around the hotel too. The rooftop was great for chilling (plunge pool was freezing!) Lots of sunbeds around so no need to reserve! We found the food and drink really good. The Culinariam meal was really good and fabulous service. Great pink champers too! We loved the location of Santo Tomas and walked to Son Bou and Binigaus. The sea was wavy which suited us as we had great fun in the sea.

We stayed for 2 weeks at this hotel in June as we wanted a relaxing holiday and we got exactly that. From the moment we arrived we cannot fault the hotel. We arrived at lunchtime and were surprised that our room was ready and we could checkin straight away. We were given a room on the 5th floor overlooking the forest with a view towards Son Bou. The rooms are light airy and very clean, we were staying half board which comes with 2 bottles of water in the fridge along with a complimentary bottle of pink fizz in the fridge. There is tea and coffee making facilities and these are topped up daily. Above the fridge is a safe thats free for your use. The bathroom has a fabulous walk in rainfall fall shower with shampoo and shower gel provided. The tv has a few English channels but mainly the news as with most hotels. The beds are very big, a little on the firm side but we like this so loved it. Each room has a balcony with 2 chairs and a table, you either get 2 deckchairs or little tub style ones. If you don't like the ones you have you can ask to change them on the app or at reception. I would highly recommend downloading the TUI BLUE App as this has all the information about the hotel and all the activities available that can only be booked via the app. If you want to get about using the local bus service there is a stop right outside the hotel with a bus timetable available (see pictures). Its 3.45 euros each person each way to Mahon. The pool are is lovely and is kept immaculately clean, and there is no rush for the sunbeds and no matter what time of day there were always beds available either by the pool or on the grassy area. The food provided in both the buffet restaurant and the pool bar are excellent with plenty of choice. You do have the option to book the roof top restaurant for one evening during your stay. I would highly recommend this as it made a nice change to be waited on and you can enjoy the views whilst up there. All of the staff, from reception to the cleaners are friendly and helpful, a big shout out to all the bar staff as they are great fun and a must to do on the app is the cocktail making class with the head barman. This is free to do even if you are half board and yes you get to drink the cocktails you make! If you are All Inclusive you are given a blue band to wear and when ordering drinks you are still requires to give your room number. As we were half board there are a few options to pay for drinks, you can pay cash/card at the time or book them to your room by signing for them on the receipt, to pay when you check out. The entertainment team are working hard all day but are not pushy if you want to just sit and chill, I recommend taking part in the silent disco as it's great fun and a little bit different. The evening entertainment is typical holiday, a little cheesy but worth a watch. There's access to the hotel in the bottom corner via a gate but you do need your room key to get back into the grounds through

Just want to say we came here in May 2024 it's a gem of a place if you want a tranquil time you'll love it good food lovely service .We are coming back all booked for May/June 2025 for 7days can't wait to see you next year fantastic hotel total relaxation

We came for a rest from constantly working . We certainly got one . Hotel was very smart , very clean . Absolutely lovely staff. Special thanks to Jaime in reception who allocated our room ( standard) . The mattress on the bed was so comfortable that we slept really well. The walk in shower was amazing. The food was excellent in our opinion. We could always find something we liked. The salads were wonderful, especially the Mango, Quinoa and Edamame - a great selection of vegetable dishes , and the beef and salmon were beautifully cooked. We did a lot of walking. Walked to Son Bou and also did a long walk to the right of the hotel which involved a bit of climbing. It was a challenge but we loved it. Jaime on reception was helpful in guiding us which way to walk with useful tips. We also did bus trips to Cuitadella and Mahon. I did a couple of fitness classes with Khalindi which were great. The beach was beautiful and still warm enough to swim. We preferred going at a quieter time of year and can't wait to go back. Thanks to all staff who helped to make a very happy week.

Disappointing TUI BLUE Hotel. First San Thomas area. There is absolutely nothing here apart from a small spar like shop and pharmacy and is 30mins on the bus to anywhere else, so don’t come here without all inclusive, because you’ll end up just eating here anyway. At a high cost. And the food at the hotel is very disappointing. Good points - The hotel itself has been done up to a high standard (clearly an old hotel) and the cleaning staff are amazing. Rooms are nice with great views of the sea. Aircon is great. The pool bar is great with friendly staff, cocktails are good, beer nice. And has great food which is made to order and free for all inclusive. All the staff are super friendly tbh. Restaurant is clean and modern. Main pool is nice. Location is good next to the beach. Needs improvement - Not sure why when wearing a wristband you need to give the bar staff your room number each time for the free drinks. I’m not sure I like giving it out when there’s other people listening. Put the dam Air-con on in the bars, it’s too hot! Pool is too small for the size of the hotel. And the roof top one is like a plunge pool. Sun-beds up there charged for. And can only be accessed from the silver lift after 10am, but when you get up there all have gone. Restaurant food is not good guys for a TUI Blue hotel, tepid at best and definitely not tasty, also you serve lots of different dishes, but none go together. What’s the point in beef without, sauce, veg, or potatoes? Curry but no rice. It’s just mishmash. And not tasty. Vegetarian breakfast boiled carrots? Really? TUI reps are very matter of fact here and not friendly in my opinion.

This was my 1st time at this hotel & I was very impressed. We arrived in the evening and the reception staff were so helpful & friendly. They took our cases up to our room. The room itself was lovely, we had a balcony overlooking the front of the hotel & the pool which was lovely to sit out on. The room has a fridge which was stocked with 2 bottle of water, bottle of Pepsi, Fanta, beer & a bottle of Sparkling wine which was very much appreciated. The shower was powerful and the beds very comfy. The restaurant was one of the best I’ve seen for the choice of food, we only did breakfast & evening meal but there was everything you could think of, all lovely and fresh & plentiful. The salmon fillet on the Friday and Saturday night was amazing! The entertainment was great each evening & there was always something to do in the daytime if you had the energy or inclination! I can recommend the Sjoelbak! What a great game! All of the staff were lovely & weren’t pushy to get you to join in. The pool was great & we lovely the hot tubs with the view of the sea. Also worth taking the bus from over the road to Mahon (about 40min ride) - lovely place to wander round and see the huge boats in port! Definitely recommend!

Myself and my 3 friends booked this hotel for a girls get away! The hotel is lovely and clean and everything is new. We are all in our 40/50s and felt very young on this holiday. Due to the hotels quiet location and as it’s an adults only hotel, it attracts the more mature customer…. The evening entertainment reflects this and ends very early….. so if you are looking for a lively destination with shops and bars…. Then this isn’t the place for you. The pool is lovely. They really need to fit hand rails in the pool though, as we had to help a few elderly ladies out the pool, as they had no rails to grab… The restaurants are lovely and the staff very attentive. So much choice for food and it was all so tasty. Jaime on reception is an absolute star. He cannot do enough for guests and always has a friendly smile. ;)

This hotel is absolutely stunning. It has an amazing roof terrace and both pools are lovely. It’s a very short walk to the beach through a gate at the bottom of the hotel. We never had any trouble getting a sun bed or an umbrella. The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely friendly and welcoming. There is a wide choice of food in the buffet restaurant and a wonderful salad bar. Definitely don’t skip the omelette bar at breakfast it’s fab. We booked the Al a carte roof top restaurant one evening (included in all inclusive) and it was brilliant and felt very luxurious. The rooms and communal areas are kept very clean by a group of house keepers who work very hard. The evening entertainment and daily activies are great. Will definitely be returning. Thankyou!

Wonderful hotel , I know we went in July but forgot to put review in . This hotel was fantastic,it was so clean . The staff were brilliant in all areas,the snacks by the pool fab,sitting outside at night listening to the entertainment wonderful,omg take me back now .The only snag we didn’t like the steps into the pool and felt there should be a handrail but otherwise wonderful, we hope to return.

Stunning hotel in the most beautiful setting. Absolutely spotless & all staff went above & beyond. We had a suite with a private pool & enormous balcony which was amazing. High quality food & always lots of variety. Spent our days on the roof terrace - fabulous chilled vibe & outstanding service from Karell & Eduardo Each day. Would absolutely return!!! Thank you to all the team! The only negatives for us would be about the limited wardrobe space - the bars are too high & my long dresses cover the two drawers underneath - all drawers are really shallow in depth & you have to use two hands to open them…. We have stayed a week & could only just fit our clothes in - no chance if we d been staying two weeks. There’s two large areas wasted that could be filled with drawers I would also like a metal basket fitted in the shower to hold our toiletries etc - currently have to store them on the floor?

Very nice holiday had 11 nights All-inclusive food was of good standard all ways found something nice to eat in the restaurant. Poolside was very clean and tidy,liked the Waiter service around the pool.Room was big enough for us I normally take to many clothes so just hung two Items on one clothes hanger managed ok. Not to much going On in Santo, Thomas but that’s what we wanted a Relaxing holiday.we love Menorca and return every year may time to different parts of the island. Have just rebooked for next year we liked the beach being so close.and hotel and all of the staff made it a lovely holiday.

This hotel is in an amazing location at the start of the beautiful beach. The hotel grounds are stunning, you could spend a week here and not leave, there are plenty sun beds etc, none of the towels at dawn nonsense. May I just say the Tui team and all the staff have been faultless, the room, the food/drink, entertainment have all been 5 star we are going home tomorrow and don’t want too, a nice range of age groups so very nice to speak to lots of lovely people. Don’t know why there are a couple of negative reviews my wife and I can’t fault it!!we will return next year. Thank you guys

Spent a week there with my partner, fantastic week!! Just a few bits I think they could improve on...the a la carte restaurant on the top floor, food was quite bland with not much choice, stunning views though. Advertise the spa and spa treatments a little more, we didn't know where it was until half way through the holiday. Now the pros ...everything else!!! We went all inclusive, the food in the buffet and snacks bar I couldn't fault, drink choices were fantastic! I did a couple of the workout classes, really fun and the lady who did them was fantastic and always got people involved in the agua fit. Service from all members of staff was amazing, some where learning English so we translated phrases on our phones. We had a room with a small plunge pool which over looked the woodland area, lovely and peaceful and loved listening to the birds. We loved it so much we have actually booked again from May 2025! This is a very quiet area, if you are looking for somewhere to go to clubs or bars in the evening it may be quiet for you, we visited Haley's (showed football and boxing), Malibu, Es Pines (amazing food) and Magic Pan (great late night pizza). We are learning Spanish for our trip back next year, and if I could I'd be returning sooner.

Excellent hotel, very clean everywhere, staff great, very relaxed atmosphere, went at the end of the season, so very quiet and intimate. Food was lovely, so much choice, drinks were a very reasonable price, no need to venture out unless you want to!
