Seth 55 Santo Tomas

A second superb stay at the Seth 55 hotel. Such an excellent hotel, stylish with very spacious rooms, really comfy beds, huge shower, spotlessly clean. The staff are amiable & professional at the same time. Wonderful long swimming pool, with plenty of seating space around, never feels busy. The restaurant provides buffet meals at breakfast & evenings. A large selection, from simple items, known International options & always some Spanish/Menorcan dishes. Fresh fish & 2 meats cooked to order at dinner, eggs, omelettes, pancakes made fresh in the morning. Always salads. Plenty of sweet treats & fruit. You can be as healthy or indulgent as you want! & it all feels fresh. The hotel has some good eco credentials, with a full choice for guests whether they want clean towels, bedding etc. The hotel is a couple of minutes stroll from Santo Tomas beach, which this year is beautiful, soft white sand & gentle shallow entry into clear sea. Santo Tomas offers walks in either direction to more beaches. There are a few buses each day into pretty Ciutadella, Mahon & some small nearby towns. It's a very small, quiet purpose-built resort without many facilities, so a great choice for a relaxed stay.

Well you couldn't wish for a better hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful at all times. My husband and I had a great time there. There was entertainment nearly every evening. A bar outside near the pool which sold food at lunchtime, and the hotel was on the seafront overlooking the bay. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony. In the restaurant there was a great selection of choices for each course. I have given the hotel five stars as we got five star service, and, my only criticism is that I was surprised that there were no USB ports in the rooms. But well done to all the staff for helping to make our stay special. 👏👏👏👏👏 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay was amazing 😍🤩😍🤩❤️ All the staff was super friendly, nice and helpful!!The hotel itself is beautiful,the food also extra good and lot's of options.The fact that we surrounded by nature was just pure perfection!!We'll be back for sure ❤️❤️ THAN YOU all so much for the unforgettable stay ❤️🙏🏻

Fantastic hotel so relaxing rooms very spacious clean food good something for everyone's taste even my hubby who fussy , nice entertainment in evening staff very helpful friendly, in quite part menorca but we hire car to travel around menorca santo tomas great walks along coastline few other bars restaurants you can also go in their other hotel in santa tomas right on beach which was really nice.

I stayed here last May (May 2024) and I am finally getting around to writing this review. The reason I have chosen this hotel was because of the amount of great reviews it has on TripAdvisor and because of how modern the hotel was in terms of its rooms and facilities. Another reason I booked seth 55 was because of how reasonible the price was to stay here compared to the tui blue next door. I stayed half board and it was worth paying the extra to go half board. This is a great hotel to stay in if your looking for a more modern hotel in menorca and if your looking for something a bit more uppmarket without the price tag. pros -All the staff were very friendly and informative. The reception/concierge speak an adequite amount of english - the complimentry drink of pomarda (a traditional menorcian cocktail of mahon gin and lemon juice) given to each guest was quite nice and tasted great as well - Room was very clean and is cleaned every day (unless you ask to not have your room cleaned that day) - the bed was quite comfortable and i had a great night sleep every night i was there - Complimentry bottle of water in a fancy glass bottle was very much appreciated - Decent sized TV with a wide selection of channels including some UK channels - decent sized shower with shampoo provided - Massive pool which was also very clean and it was never busy when i visited so plenty of sunbeds aviliable. - The selection of food at both breakfast and dinner was quite varied and the quality of food was quite good as well. In the evenings, the menu changes every night so you get quite a good range of food avalible. - the entertainment in the bar was very enjoyable. My favroute was the acoustic duet who did a brillaint cover of dreams by fleetwood mac - I very much liked how there was a focus on sustainiblity and effciantsy around the hotel. two examples of this is the very fung shray layout of the rooms and how there were no single use plastics anywhere in the hotel areas of improvment - It would have been nice to have a coffee machine in the room considering that this is surposed to be a 4* Superoir hotel. - It would also have been nice to have some other touches such as maybe some complimentry biscuits or chocolate or having tea or coffee served at your table at breakfast rather than everyone qoueing up at the coffee machines - i couldent get any ITV channels or most 4 channels on the TV even though i could get most BBC channels overall i had a wonderful stay here and i would deffiantly stay here again if i had the chance.

Beautiful clean hotel with a good variety of food at the buffet. No problems at all, food was amazing as were the staff. The only negative we found was the extremely rude French who just push in front of you and complain about children making too much noise whilst playing in the pool. One rude girl even complained to a grandmother about the noise her granddaughter was making. On more than one occasion somebody pushed in front of me at the buffet. Just bloody rude !! The hotel itself is faultless. Do not listen to negative reviews. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxed. We are still here now and it’s 20th August. Not once have we ever not got a sunbed and there is never anyone trying to get one until 9.30 - 10am. Never been without one what ever time of day. Please don’t hesitate to book if your thinking about it. Santó Tomàs itself is very quiet but that’s what we wanted.
