Hotel Turmeric

Nice place to stay, rooms are very neat and clean, nice location front office support is very nice

I was given a room on the 3rd floor (326. I checked in at 4pm. My ac did not work at all. I went out and came back after dinner and still the ac issue was not sorted. Inspire of multiple times the ac mechanic visited the room to check this, the issue continued till 11:15pm. We were sleepy and exhausted. Finally they wanted us to move to 325 but the ac mechanic said the ac won’t work there too. Finally at 11:30pm, i was shifted to room with working ac but not properly cleaned - soap froth was in the bathroom and the closet was unclean. While booking, it said the hotel has a bar, but the hotel told me it will open only after a month and i can go to a local bar down the street if required.

Booked two executive rooms with double bed but got one of the executive rooms with two single beds. They later on upgraded it to deluxe room at no cost which was good. Ac did not work in both the rooms. Fan was very noisy and had to be switched off. Power went off in the room at 1:30 am, someone fixed it by 2 am. Most of the bathroom fixtures including shower and toilet flush were not working properly. Surprising to experience such issues for 1 yr old property. Complimentary breakfast was good, overall experience was not as expected

Very comfortable stay - the rooms are very spacious and airy. Bathrooms are clean and have modern amenities. The breakfast buffet has very decent spread and the staff conduct themselves in a very professional manner. Great experience overall.

Toilet not cleaned. Somebody used the toilet and allotted the room for us. First visit to turmeric terrible experience.
