Rooms was not clean, poor hygiene buckets etc. Rooms are not checked properly before allocating to customer, i had to change 3 rooms in one ac was not working and in another toilet was leaking. Location wise it's good and well connected by road and rail. If they improve on above it will be good.

Not good. Bathroom was smelly there was no bathtub in suite room as shown. Staff was the only good thing about the place. Not even 1% as shown in google

The room is below average the photo and room is so many differences and the wall and paint is cracked and toilet is not clean and.

The bedspreads were torn, not clean smelling. Moreover, the over the bathroom was leaking and it had pungent odor of hydrogen sulphate, horrible experience.

The room was not well maintained. It was an old room with some broken things. Air conditioning was really poor. Only good thing was the balcony

Very comfortable stay right in the middle of the city. Good value for money. Rooms are clean and good service.

Hotel did not give early check in, no hot water, no restaurant, food brought from outside not good, no proper room service. Total disappointment.

Helping staff. Large room as expected. Nice view from balcony. Average in cleanliness.

Had a wonderful experience at the hotel crown suites. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! thank you! will recommend to my colleagues!
