It was a wonderful trip in terms of the hospitality and reception of the reception staff, Yara and Ali Al-Jabouri, and in terms of the cleanliness of the restaurants, the health complex, and the cleanliness of the rooms. It does not make you feel like a stranger. It is worth the experience.

Its the second time i stay here in ramada gulan st. Its great experience and very comfortable stay to be honest. Special thanks to reception girl terez for her kind and help. Thank you for all good service and kind help to get a comfortable stay

Excellent, very friendly and the service superb staffs. Helpful with information needed as for transist and missing item and packaging for airport. Very clean and comfortable environment. Make you felt like you at home with your mother care. The food are so delicious

Great atmosphere and nice location with luxury and modern facilities, the reception staff was helpful and polite, everything was very good during the stay and we recommend anyone to visite it if he needs to spend great time, good experience in the city.

I was amazed by the ambience, yeh breakfast was perfect especially Fadi's omelette, and pastries made by Yousif. All dinning staf amazing, the concierge and Yara from front desk were the most friendly in the world, I'm blessed. Thank you Erbil and thank Ramada Gulan... I will definitely stay here again....

We had a great stay at ramada erbil. I highly recommand this hotel, Beacuse of its wonderful staff especially miss Yara who was really kind and lovely. Breakfast was delicious with international meal and waiters were kind and helpful. Pools and gym were so clean.

It was a great stay at Ramada Clean room Service was great and staff very friendly Restaurant was great abd very rich menu .pool and gym was excellent. I recommend to try and visit the Hotel to have a pleasant time and you will never regret it. 😃😃

It was really good experience, the staff was very helpful and professional , they do whatever they can do to make the guests happy ,the check-in ,Check-out process went very smoothly . The breakfast is nice with a lot of varieties . The rooms are very clean and spacious . House keeping is always around to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is new and the rooms are well furnished with contemporary design .
