Perfect service by qualified servants who speak languages. The menu of thé eventing meal is superb. While other restaurants in spain are noisy this one is silent. Stylish furniture. Niveau panorama. Thans you for Lucia - stanislas - jouri Oriol soufiane

The hotel was quite old but nice. The great experience was staying just near the channel. It is also so close to the beach and many good restaurants. Receptionists was friendly. The breakfast was tasteful. Thank you

We made a mistake and make reservation for the cheapest double room (looking on the street) with a small bed. After 2 nights we understand that it is not suitable for us and ask reception to change room. Receptionist told us that for next day they are full and that there is no possibility. Day later, when first bigger room was free, they upgrade us without any furtherer question, even move our luggage, with no charge at all. And everything else in this hotel was as reception, smooth, kind and very, very calm. Pool is perfect, beach is few minutes walking far away, several restaurants on the short walking distance. Cleanness on the same level. Simple as that we had just a perfect vacation in perfect hotel. Greetings to employees see you probably next year again.

Absolutely horrible room. The hotel port salins or ******* do not mention how terrible standard room is. The room is worse than motel 6 or days inn room. All room pictures posted on ******* and google are the best rooms. The standard room is terrible and is like servant quarters. This is misleading information for customers There is no mention of options to pick a water view room on *******. (Apparently water view rooms are the only nice rooms in this hotel. ******* does not give the option for water view room to pick) Now I cannot even cancel this 5 night stay as ******* and hotel already took the money and refuse to refund and by this time all other nice hotels are already booked up. Hotel wants to charge $60 more per night if a water view room becomes available tomorrow. For that price, I could have booked a much better place 2 weeks back when I was searching hotels

Vraiment un très bon séjour, rien à redire de la chambre jusqu'au restaurant en passant par le très bon accueil de tout le personnel. Vue unique depuis le rooftop. Vraiment nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci à tout le personnel. A bientôt.

accueil chaleureux, chambres propres , salle de bain propre ,bien situé au bord du canal. Parking à l'extérieur de l'hôtel très pratique approximité des commerces petit déjeuner très bon et copieux ,literie confortable nous reviendrons à l'occasion d'un prochain passage

Chambre avec plein de défauts..rideaux troués par la cigarette..coups de partout...poignée frigo arrachée....rideau de douche' premier prix pas net. Climatisation qui marche que sur le chaud...un vrai désastre..belle vue .c est tout

Déçu par l’état de vétusté de la chambre pour une personne. Le personnel est sympathique et la cadre agréable. Le petit déjeuner reste de qualité moyenne pour un quatre étoiles, café et jus de fruits à revoir. La déco du Rez de chaussée est plutôt sympathique.

J'ai fréquenté cet hôtel plusieurs fois dans le passé proche avant le Covid. Les chambres y sont modernes, impeccables et la baie vitrée donnant sur la salle de bain depuis la chambre est très originale .Idée que j'ai appliquée chez moi. Cette fois-ci, j'ai pris un déjeuner d'anniversaire sur la terrasse du restaurant. le service était parfait, personnel aux petits soins , et chef "Hors Concours": de l'entrée au dessert tous les plats étaient très raffinés, parfaitement exécutés ,pour le plaisir des papilles et des yeux. Un niveau exceptionnel à Ampuria !!!
