Overall had a great experience at the hotel. There was a free pick up from emei shan high speed rail station. The hotel staff 小耿 that picked us at the train station was very welcoming and answered many of our questions regarding how best to tour Emei Mountain. She also sent us major location pin and guided us where to visit. Hotel breakfast was great on Sunday with a variety of choices. Hotel is 10mins walk away from 报国寺 and bus station to go to Emei Mountain. Right opposite the hotel has food options. If you walk 20mins downhill, there would be more selection of local food. Very convenient location.

The hotel is located at 10mins walk to the main bus station to Ermeishan. The hotel manager, Mdm Fei is very helpful and providing us the useful travel info. Room and bedding are clean. Wide variety of breakfast with western n Chinese food. Will recommend to stay.

it was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.

Even is expensive, worth for the money in term of convenience to stroll around after 4pm on top. Clean room , small though.

We had a great time ! They gave great service Especially Xu Yan Peng ! She was so nice and adorable and helpful! We love her and will go back to the hotel just to meet her again They have a great indoor pool and amazing hot spring area! Wow

Great hotel with great manager, especially Huang Juan! She welcomed us in the receptionist and guided us to our room directly. She also gave us tips, tricks, and useful information during our stay in Emei. Superb!

We had to change rooms due to the bad smell from the bathroom, all in all it’s an okay hotel.

Well located near Banguo Temple and the bus station. Have resort facilities like pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Breakfast have ample varieties. Overall, a good hotel for a short stay if you are visiting Emeishan.

The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s just around the corner to 第一山亭 and less than 15 mins walking distance to 报国寺 and 客运中心 for the buses to go up to mountain 万年寺 & 雷洞庭 & 金顶 places。 The hotel provides pick up and drop off service from/to 高铁, which makes it very convenient for us as we are carrying big luggages. The hotel staffs provide very good services. They are all friendly and helpful. My customer manager —XuYanpeng（徐艳鹏) is very caring and attentive. She checks on us to make sure we have what we need. Her service oriented professionalism is excellent, and makes our staying very enjoyable. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Emeishan.

We stayed at Emeishan Gand Hotel on two separate occasions. We were impressed by the attentive service made by our hostess Miss Geng and she had made all the effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciated all the effort the staff at Emeishan Grand Hotel had made and the idyllic location of this hotel made it the perfect base to explore the majestic Emei Mountain and is surroundings.
