設施：在肯尼亞山附近，好幾個餐廳，非常乾淨整潔。頂層餐廳在合適的時候可以看到周邊的羣山

The room service and food was good and a lot of cleanliness was observed. The customer service was also great. The rooms and general experience was lovely. I was served by Doris and Linet and they were incredibly respectful and welcoming. Hope to come back!

I loved the reception ,the ladies ( Doris and Linet) there are very polite and neat. The rooms were nice but you need to work on getting ACs.The hostess lady was very helpful and cheerful.I enjoyed my stay and am definitely looking forward to spending another night in your hotel.

It was really fun and nice being in here. The place gives good vibes and energy. It's such a nice place to be. And thankyou very much for your good meals and drinks I really appreciate the way it was good made and served. Hope to come more often and enjoy the services and the good music🤗

Awesome place and excellent service. Meals, rooms and staff are top notch! I would highly recommend for anyone coming to or passing through Embu town business and/or pleasure. With 3 levels or restaurants, one is spoiled for choice. The view of Mount Kenya is breathtaking from the rooms.

Great meals, very friendly and professional staff. Best conference facility. Can improve on Access for people living with disability to enable them to reach the second floor conference hall. I loved the meals, very tasty. Consider increasing portions served, especially the chicken, which were very nice. Kudos!!!

The Silver Oak services are world class with delicious and demure meals. The hotel's staff are also professional, patient and neat. Will definitely be coming back soon and also visit their other hotel's. Anyone interested in accomodations please visit.

So far, Nokras hotel has exceeded the hospitality expectations in embu. From the beautiful hostess lady who welcomed us to the hotel, took us to the restaurant and handed us over to John who gave us exceptional services. When I requested for the chef he came to listen fat enough and he prepared my meal so well. I requested to see the accomodations rooms and they were neatly done. Thank you Nokras. The hotel will definitely be my stop whenever I visit Embu.

The service from the entrance the ladies gave me good Service. I liked The well furnished rooms and amenities provided are of good quality. The chefs and ladies at the rwstraunt gave me good variety of food to fit specific diet. I would want to see a pool table next time I visit.
