American airlines booked us into this hotel after being delayed and missing our connection flight to Dublin. The hotel has seen better days and is run down. It's located in an industrial estate and nothing around. We were given a meal voucher and we were lucky to use this at the airport before getting on the shuttle bus. We waited over 40 minutes in the cold for the shuttle and when it turned up could only take half the people. Hotel room is ok and comfortable,no remote for the TV and tap lifts out of the sink, toilet flooded the bathroom floor. We went down for breakfast and wow, tea,coffee, cereal,juices,and pastry only available served in cardboard bowls and cups. A toaster was there but no bread available. To be honest the hotel does reflect on American airlines and they are a perfect match as there customer care is shocking and they played the blame game on you when we arrived for our flight.
