Hotel have issues with the Air Conditioning,also they need to switch the pillows,no free breakfast you have to pay for what they have there to eat and the price eh not worth what they promoting need better services with the clients personal need better protocols but only one person was very nice his name is G cool person but they need to makes some changed job also the maintenance departments need to do a better job with the rooms and again fixed the Air Conditioning eh Was very hot need to be get in up to turn in on the is very ridiculous I spend almost 6 days and no body also ask me if I need to clean my room 👎👎👎👎

I had a great experience at this hotel and loved the location. Overall, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. They offer live entertainment on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the bar is open daily from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The heated pool and patio was also a nice touch. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. In the evening, I found out that fresh towels weren't available, and another staff member informed me that they couldn't honor my late checkout, despite my status guaranteeing it. Fortunately, when I called the next morning, the staff was able to accommodate the late checkout at 2 p.m.

Overall the hotel was decent but the complementary shuttle service to the airport can be vastly improved. Waited 35 mins for shuttle to show up only to wait another 30 mins inside the shuttle waiting for folks that never showed up, No free breakfast and only lukewarm water in showers. Not a disaster but definitely not 5 stars either.

I came back to town for a wedding in February and should have booked Aloft first thing but decided on another place - talk about me being wrong. The other place’s first night stay was so uncomfortable I slept in pants with my luggage packed and ready to go - pretty sure I wore my watch to bed, with my phone in my pocket. The next day I made an online reservation with Aloft as soon as I could. They had a room, the rate was great, the peace of mind was even better, and after I got there, the entire staff was friendly, polite, welcoming, professional, and - well - everything you’d hope for when booking a pleasant stay. On top of that, the room - single King - was fantastic. I regained all the peace of mind I had lost at “first hotel”, got a great night’s sleep for the next four nights of my stay, and truly enjoyed my time back in the Chicago ‘burbs. When Aloft is a choice in my travel plans, I won’t think twice. This hotel is amazing! It has a great location, next to everywhere you need to be went on business. FedEx is located about a mile away, and there are fast food options, if necessary. They have breakfast service in the morning at a fee, and really great coffee. The Front Desk staff is incredibly friendly, as is their housekeeping staff. The hotel is immaculate, and it is one year old. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers are great. They use Dry bar, toiletry items which is really surprising, and really good. While I was there, it was so slippery and snowy, I had to enlist the assistance of the Front Desk agent to help me get to my car. I was not prepared for icy sidewalks. I met a gentleman by the name of Erie, and he was so kind. He would help me each morning with my car. He helped me get to my car, so I wouldn’t slip, and was so understanding, and hospitable. He always checked on me when I would enter the hotel, ensured I received my packages and asked me if I ever needed any assistance. he exudes Hospitality, and really enjoys his position. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, and I did see a mix of business, travelers and families. The parking is ample in a flat lot in the back, with spaces in the front 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.
