Club Tropical Beach

Terrible hotel. The picture on the website and reality are not the same.Its dirty, rusty,unpleasant place with mould inside the sweeming pool.The rooms are catastrophic. Everything is mess in this place.I would rather call it " Green hell".

My family and I stayed here for 7 nights all inclusive. The staff are very helpful and cannot do enough for you, the choice of food is wide and varied. Lots of juicy fresh fruit... I was pregnant during my stay and staff would bring me juice and fresh watermelon every day! The hotel itself is well maintained and very clean. Rooms are spacious and maids would lay our childrens clothes out and leave petals on our Bed. The beach is spotless, do wear flip flops though as I burnt the soles of my feet badly haha! For us 1 week was not enough we were very sad to leave and cannot wait to return with our new addition! Tips.... Flip flops on beach, book for 2 weeks if you can, set a alarm for 5:30am and get your towels out! The polish are very keen!

After reading the reviews of this hotel we where very sceptical but after the first day our opinion changed a lot of this hotel. we arrived to be greeted at reception by a lovely member of staff and had our bags all taken up to the room by the staff. the food was brilliant for the whole 11 days we stayed. varied everyday with chicken , fish , stews, burgers salads the odd time a bit cold but if you where there for the right time it was piping hot. the kids loved the 2-4pm snack bar with chicken/turkey burgers. beef burgers chips onion rings etc if they didn't have anything at lunch so they where always eating something. the staff at this hotel work tirelessly round the clock and always have a smile on their faces. a lot of the names i cannot remember but the manager of the dining area was always high fiving and giving hugs to our little ones and they loved the attention they got everyday from the staff. the rooms are a little dated but from what i seen going on things are being improved and work was currently being done installing new toilets etc and the dining and beach areas have been worked on too from the difference in the photos that I seen. a lot of eastern Europeans here and the hotel seems to be geared up towards them but we never felt left out and were always involved in everything that was going on around the hotel. a special mention to the shop staff and their little boy he was just so cute. they where so so nice to us and we felt like we made friends on this holiday especially the entertainment team. zafery (who we called Stefan) and Yousef who had the best time with our little boy calling him the boss and every time he walked past over seeing how he was and taking him to say hello to the other customers etc. mini disco and the beach party where brilliant with zafiry doing a fire show and a sparkler display which was very good and entertaining to watch. we also had a foam party in the pool on our first day which was great fun too! shout out to maxon i think thats what his name was on the bar double of cesc fabregas always had the drinks flowing, and the mango cocktails where fabulous too!. would we go back YES! definatly if you want a relaxing holiday or a party this is the spot for you close to alanya and konakli. give it a go and see for yourself...
