Senza Garden Holiday Club - Ultra All Inclusive

NOT A 5 STAR! I would be kind and say 2 star at best. Where do I start…. The hotel room was crawling with ants, the shower was covered in limescale along with missing tiles, the sink was barely on the wall as it was just welded to a rod and filler which was barely sealing it to the wall at all. The floor in areas was lifting, the beds looked already used as the bedding wasn’t neat and was Infact dirty with staining and visual dirt. The toilet still had previous users stains along with female sanitary products in the toilet bin. The walls, floors and windows were very very dirty. There was no safe to secure any valuable items. We raised these issues to staff who got very loud and angry about this and we were told we haven’t met our LoveHolidays rep yet. We didn’t care about a rep but we were told if we don’t have a meeting with him he can cancel our transfers back to the airport including our flights! Apparently the meeting was to confirm our transfers and flights (which I’ve never heard of) so we had a meeting and it was to try sell us excursions and group trips etc. we requested our room to be changed to which they told us this wasn’t possible so we asked for cleaners to attend to our room which we were told the rooms are only cleaned every two days. We went back up to our room to have a look online at other options but there was no wifi. We come back to the lobby and they told me it was a charge of £41 for the weeks worth of wifi to which I told the receptionist I only needed it for the afternoon. I was made to pay the full £41!!! We immediately booked the earliest flight home (the next morning) and we slept ontop of the bed in our clothes until we could leave as the sun come up. The hotel refused to book us a transfer to the airport until another member of staff intervened. We had to pay in advance a sum of £113 for the transfer which then took us to the airport. Highly highly recommend staying as far as you can from Senza Garden. Our 7 day all inclusive lasted less than 40 hours! Disgustingly rude staff, disgustingly kept facilities, disgustingly kept rooms, disgusting place to be.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE ITS A DIRTY DUMP. If I could give a zero i would. Absolute shocking disgusting place. A right state, filthy rooms, sewage coming up through shower, human hair and filth in bedrooms. Dirty beds. It's supposed to be a 5star and when I spoke to reception his reply was all hotels lie. I wouldnt pay even 1p to sleep here and refused. I slept in reception until morning then we paid to go to a different location. There are chickens running around crapping everywhere and I can not describe the horrific smell.

We have good holidays in here whit my wife. That was a second vacation a row in the same place . Very warm and kind staff. Always smiling no matter how long day is behind. Room was clean, food is excellent. Special thanks to our best friends Hakan and Adem. You’re are the best guys we miss you. This is the reason why we love this place and recommend to others. Be good and we see you soon. We will come back to see you again.

I’m really not sure what to say , I stayed last September going on all these reviews and it definitely isn’t a 4 star resort , the resort next door maybe , it’s absolutely disgusting, not a single choice of any other beers , tbe wine is like petroleum and the mini bar in the room if you can call it that had 1 small bottle of water in it in , when I opened it it was full of rust and the door fell off , the curtains had tomato ketchup or blood all over them then I went to reception and got told to complain when I get back , if your wanting 4 or 5 star try the Hilton at Dalaman because that is what a proper 5 star resort is , this is definitely not better than a 1 or 2 star resort , and if you fancy eating out or getting a can of English beer expect to pay 5 euros a can , please don’t believe all the comments on here because they don’t mean a thing

The place was Amazing and the view from the hotel where it has private beach such helpful staff , Clean Rooms and a wide variety of deserts in the menu. Good transfers and shuttle all the time was a great service.. Spectacular view will highly recommend this heaven !!!!

I booked before I read reviews, thos is not a 5 star, the room was not as advertised it was so out dated and dark the view from room was good though. The staff were very helpful and friendly but things let the ace down only 1 bar staff meaning ques of up to 30 people waiting to get drinks, the drinks in bar area coffee ect were above a drain which stunk really dirty and could of been sorted if cleaned with some hot water. The toilets for the bar and pool were not regular cleaned. Food was really good. The whole place is situated in the hill side which is lovely but every thing is spread out so you will be walking up steep hills
