Our experience at Etheria Luxury Villas & Suites was excellent. The location high above the island offers a fantastic view of Zakynthos and the surroundings. Inside the villa everything was comfortable and elegant – the sofa invited long lounging, the amenities were top-notch, and the outdoor deck with the loungers and the infinity pool gave us many relaxing moments. The high-quality towels and sheets were a nice surprise. A very special thank you to Δημήτρης and Σπύρος, who were truly incredible throughout our stay — always kind, responsive, and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and attention made our visit even more memorable. A great choice for a luxury holiday.

My girlfriend and I stayed here in June for our 3-year anniversary and it was incredible. The Jasmine suite has this huge terrace with an infinity pool that feels completely private, you really feel like you have your own little world up there. The pool was our favorite part. It has jets on one side and this cool waterfall feature, plus a big floating sun bed where we spent most afternoons just relaxing. The views of the sea are unreal. The manager Dimitris was so welcoming... he brought us olive oil from his dad's grove and honey from his mom when we arrived. Such a nice touch! The whole team was great, always available if we needed anything. The kitchen had everything we needed, which was great since we love cooking together. We also used the BBQ grill a few times while watching the sunset. Location in Agios Nikolaos is perfect, quiet but close to good restaurants and easy to explore the island from. We actually got engaged during this trip, so this place will always be special to us. Definitely coming back. Can't recommend it enough if you want something really private and romantic!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at the Jasmine suite and it could not have been any better. The suite is exactly as pictured – the views are absolutely stunning, and the location was the best spot on the island if you're looking for a more quiet escape from the business of Zante town. Dimitris was an incredible host and made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and memorable. 10/10 would recommend and we are looking forward to coming back!

At the time of this writing (May 2025) every single review here is 5/5... that's real, you can trust it. We just got back from Etheria and had the most luxurious and relaxing experience. It's true that Dmitris and his staff take care of everything and that they make themselves available for whatever you need. Dmitris has loads of recommendations for restaurants and excursions which all panned out to be top-notch. I won't rehash what is in every other review. The only thing I don't see mentioned in the reviews is what's on the opposite side of the amazing views... we walked the roads behind the villas to get some exercise and sight see and it was super fun. There's a tourist attraction just over the hill that has winding trails and native animals, some of which you can feed. Sort of like a zoo.

If you visit this place, you will get some unforgettable memories. We were welcomed by host Dimitris, who was very helpful throughout our holidays with all of our requests. The view of the Ionian Sea is stunning. We stayed in Jasmine villa which was very luxurious and the private pool was a dream with its own waterfall! The Villa is autonomous with fully equipped kitchen and bbq. The location of the villas is in Agios Nikolaos village, a very neat village with picturesque stone buildings and nice restaurants. Overall, we would definitely visit this place again!

Our honeymoon at the Rosa Suite was a dream come true. We had a warm and well organised welcome from Dimitris who was kind enough to supply some homemade treats from his family, honey and olive oil. It was a lovely and apprecaited touch. He was a brilliant villa manager who couldn't do enough for us and was perfectly attentive. The suite has total privacy and stunning beauty, even more breathtaking than the photos. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor BBQ and long evenings watching the sunsets and panoramic views. The suite felt luxuriously large for a studio, particularly with the pool and outdoor space. The surrounding area offers plenty of great places to eat and drink, adding to the convenience and charm of the place. There is a bit of building work going on in the immediate area at the moment. A heads up about this prior to arrival would have been appreciated, but we were warned about it at check-in. Fortunately, the noise was low and the intrusion entirely ignorable. We couldn't have had a more relaxing week and will forever cherish the memories of our perfect honeymoon. Huge thanks to Dimitris and Etheria Villas for an unforgettable experience! We will be back.

I spent my birthday at Etheria villa and suites and we stayed two nights in the Rosa suite. She is simply AMAZING!!! spacious, luxurious, ultra clean and the view is just MAGNIFICENT. The service is excellent and Dimitris took great care throughout the stay, he even offered me a birthday cake from one of the most prestigious bakeries on the island. I can only recommend you if you want to have a time worthy of a dream!!! Go for it!!

Wow, what an incredible experience! Etheria Luxury Villas in Zakynthos exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty by the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect. The villa itself was a stunning haven, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape and the sparkling sea. The infinity pool was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, the comfortable and clean rooms made us feel like we were in paradise. But what really made our stay stand out was the staff. They were warm, welcoming and genuinely interested in making sure that we had an amazing time. They helped us plan our days, recommended local restaurants and even arranged for a private boat tour to explore the island. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with incredible views, a relaxing atmosphere and top-notch service, then look no further. We would definitely come back to this amazing suite for the best holidays of our life!

Amazing place, as if we were in heaven.. great service and owner is a terrific person who was super friendly and helpful.. the views and morning sunrise were breathtaking and you walked right into the pool from your bedroom doors We’d also recommend April as it was super quiet and very green on the island. Not much was open but that was also very peaceful. The food delivery service from the restaurant down at the harbour was amazing 🤩 Big yes, go there!
