I ordered a taxi from the airport a day before coming to stay at the hotel and they replied that they take such requests a week in advance. I did not understand if they could order it or not, but hotel later confirmed that they did. On the day of my flight to El Nido, there was a delay and I sent an email to the hotel. They did not reply and there was no taxi waiting for me. It would have been fair to know that taxi would be cancelled, then I would have hurried to take one of the very few tricycles that were available at the airport. Since I was looking for my taxi, all tricycles got occupied and I had to wait 20 min if not more until the next batch of tricycles arrived ( thanks to airport security who were very helpful to me and another couple). Upon arrival at the hotel, no word was mentioned about taxi's cancellation. Room was ok but not particularly clean (bathroom floor had some dust), couch was visibly dirty. Breakfast was fine. Check out smooth and quick.
