Gi Gi is an excellent supervisor. All his staffs are very pleasant, They have very attentive, pleasant and always smiles. I’ll will miss my friend Youvie, she made breakfast and drinks with a smile. We all had great time and will be back one day!,,

One of my worst booking experience in years. Hotel completely messed up our reservation, and they/the intermediate agency from Trip were not helpful. We wasted 5 h trying to arrange the issue created by them. In the end, they relocated us to lower tier hotels and they split our group of friends into different hotels. This hotel does not have warm water, rooms have humidity and they really smell dumpy, breakfast is bad. Way too pricy for the service provided. Do not book a boat tour with them: pricey and poor service (bad and not enough food provided, you will get charged for any thing as extras , etc). We have done a similar tour in Port Barton way cheaper and better.

Hotel is well located from nice VANILA beach. Personal very friendly and responsive. Good value for that price. There is a monkey in Eco park near by, you must to check it at day time.

A bit far from the town but the place is very quiet. Near when you want t go mac Donald or vanilla beach. The food options are not bad. The room is ok. Internet connection is bad I wish they could fix it. Ac is great and bed is comfy. Pool is nice and parking is great! Budget friendly hotel. I will stay here again

Location is good though quite far from town proper. Near Vanilla Beach, a few minutes walk or short trike ride worth 60pesos. Downside is very low signal inside the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast can be improve. And add clothes rack for drying clothes. Overall, nice hotel.

I was very satisfied with Villa Israel as my choice. It has ample parking space which was one of my "should haves". The staff were very courteous, from the front desk personnel to housekeeping and security. Water in the bathroom was never a problem during my stay.

廉價的酒店，老舊的設施，勉強的服務。挺好的室外環境，連通着可能是廢棄的紅樹林公園，公園很安靜。酒店的餐廳吃了兩次，都做的很不好吃。

Очень некомпетентные представители отеля. Была просьба об отмене бронирования в связи с укусом собаки дочери,необходима была вакцинация. В итоге отказались возвращать средства!

Отель нуждается в привелегии в порядок и команда очень старается. Нужно поработать над чистотой бассейна

Hôtel chaotique, très sale, l’eau était orange et WC était hors service… Hôtel à fuir !!!!! Ne réservez surtout pas la bas

Varias cosas no me cierran: un dia no me limpiaron la pieza!! Te proporcionan un sachet de shampoo!! Hubieron cucarachas 2 de las 3 noches que pase!! No desayune: el supuesto comedor todo oscuro, sin aire acondicionado, al otro dia pusieron..la television no se veia bien y no te lo arreglan!! Yo creo que no entienden lo que vos necesitas..Buena suerte
