beautiful resort, which felt like a dream island. It's highly recommended for couples, with professional and friendly staff and great tours. However, it's best for shorter stays due to limited nighttime activities and the isolated island location. Be cautious of jellyfish season in the hot summer months. I would definitely go there again if the prices are reasonable.

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

My husband and I had an incredible honeymoon here for 6 days! The service was beyond exceptional and the entire staff were hospitable, welcoming, kind and very attentive to details. On a daily basis we were greeted by name and asked how our day was, or if we signed up for an experience. Handwritten personalized notes were left in our room from day one to our final day and housekeeping was done twice a day. Our room attendants - Dennis and Rex were amazing. Janmil (Experience Director?) was insightful for helping my husband and I with our needs to choose the best activities catered to our liking. The Executive Chef (Ron) created delicious foods. A big thank you to Eduardo, the manager, who kindly took care of us and helped with a setup of a private dinner in the library on our final night (Our most favorite highlight). Last shoutout and thank you to Anton who served us food daily and remembered every small detail of what my husband and I liked - Just WOW. We didn’t even have to ask, he knew what drinks we liked, what we didn’t like, etc. We enjoyed our time kayaking at the Big Lagoon and snorkeling near Miniloc Island. The soothing massage we had at the spa was another highlight - Thank you Sarah and Arlene! Overall, our time was refreshing and relaxing and the stunning views at every angle of the crystal clear water and back drop of mountains were completely mesmerizing. Breathtaking and unreal. Two things I do wish they provided was a hot tub/jacuzzi (they had a hot tub in the spa), but perhaps for the villas it could be an option. Also the choice of music, if there was a variety would be great. It felt like at the main resturant the music sounded more like elevator music and the music at the pool was always fast beat, loud almost euros type club music. Thumbs up though for the live music they had during the evenings - it was great! My husband and I will miss this place - the people and team made it more memorable and we are grateful for them making our honeymoon one to remember. We are looking forward to coming back again with family and friends!

The accommodations and the hospitality and friendliness of the staff made you feel at home. Nice, warm and caring people. You treated us well and our vacation became a memorable one. We will come back. This is our fourth journey with El Nido Resorts.

Wow! From the moment you step off your arrival flight, to when you are dropped back off at the airport for your departure, you are made to feel special. If you have a special request, just ask and they can make it happen. Yes, the beach is not the dreamy white powdery sand. If you can overlook that, PIR can’t be beat with everything it offers. The resort is in a great location for exploring the many beautiful islands of El Nido. The villas are spacious and beautiful. The food superb (and we are foodies who can be quite critical when it comes to food). The snorkeling in front is great. The resort offers complimentary boat tours, but I recommend doing a private boat tour to set your own schedule and places to visit. Your guide will be with you every step of the adventure. I love that the resort believes in being eco friendly but yet manages to deliver top notch luxury. I saw not one single plastic used in the resort. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the best thing about the resort… the fantastic staff that helped made our stay absolutely spectacular. Eduard the resort manager who was there daily, greeting us and ensuring we were enjoying our stay. The restaurant staff Frank, Sheryl, John, Jude, Anton, always service with a smile. Chef Ponce who cooked us some wonderful off menu meals. Shiaw, Jumix, and Randy at the bar who made some mean gin and tonic. Romeo and Jane at the front desk. Gladys, Ray, and Janmil for assisting us with scheduling activities. Thank you Capt. Raymond for a smooth ride during our boat tour. A huge, huge thank you to our guide Renel who not only guided us during our big lagoon kayaking, but also during our snorkeling stops to point out things that we would have otherwise missed. Most of all, for being so kind, caring, patient, and helpful to me who has physical mobility challenges. If you’re still reading this and on the fence, stop and just book it. You will have no regrets!

This was my first time at Pangulasian and it truly lives up to its reputation as the most luxurious, beautiful and accommodating resort here in El Nido. My friend and I stayed in the twin bed canopy and the room itself was spacious, well ventilated and was always fully stocked with complementary water, coffee and snacks. Our package included breakfast sets, but lunch and dinner were offered a la carte at a reasonable cost at both their pool bar and main restaurant. The Filipino dining options were particularly excellent (get the crispy kare kare!). Upon arrival, the guest experiences team walks you through the available amenities and island hopping tours that are included in the rate. We availed of the Big lagoon + Entalula tour and separately scheduled a dive in the lush and fish-filled sea around the El Nido islands. Dive master Jan warmly guided us through the experience and answered all our questions about the islands and wildlife of Palawan. We also availed of the newly opened floating bar called “Tuka” and caught the most breathtaking sunset views that the island could offer as we sipped on our delicious cocktails. The absolute highlight of our trip, however, was the excellent and top notch service provided by the entire staff! Ms Gladys from guest experiences really took the time to ensure that our excursions were customized to our liking, and she even created a personally curated schedule for my group. Front desk Jane constantly welcomed us with a smile and was prompt to address any requests or questions that we had as it related to our room or our stay’s logistics. I’d also like to give a special shout out to hospitality staff Jepty, Wijun, Anton and Andrew who all went the extra mile to ensure that we had the best F&B options possible, especially during our Tuka experience. The cocktails were expertly created and they even made some off the menu drinks that further highlighted the fresh ingredients that they use, some of which were local to El Nido. We even told them to put those drinks in the regular menu as I’m sure other guests would love them! It was all in all an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this resort to friends and family. A huge kudos again to the team and I look forward to my next visit!
