I booked a private Lux Tipi at this resort using PayPal. At the time of booking, I was told via what's app, and I quote, "You can cancel at any time, no questions asked. Simply reach out to our customer service team, and we will process your cancellation and refund immediately." Well, I had to cancel my plans, and did reach out. Their response was they just changed their refund policy, and I would be charged the full amount I already paid to cancel. After some back and forth, they offered to return 50% of the money, but it would take 2-3 days to process. Its now more than three days later, and I've heard nothing, despite several attempts to contact them via what's app. I don't normally post reviews, but everyone should be aware of their business practices.
