El Nido Viewdeck Cottages

Very nice people who like to help with making your stay comfortable. Some stairs to negotiate but lovely spot. Nice breakfast !

Nice Hotel with friendly Personal. We have a seaview room, the view is very nice… but many steps to climb. Rooms were big and clean, but you can hear the neighbor well. Breakfast was good but not many extensiv. For us the Hotel was good.

Terrible experience!! Unfortunately I have to make a review.They may be called View Deck but there's no view in the seaview room. All you can see is the roof of hotels nearby the property.Not for weak knees, not wheelchair friendly,not kids friendly, and not for people with stomach problem.We stayed for 2 nights and kept asking to check our room because we didn't have water in the toilet .We were told they can't bring water upstairs for my husband who happened to have a diarrhea but I saw a staff brought 2 pales next door!! Didnt have a shower since last night and today we left at 10 am and still no shower!! I gave 2 Stars for the free breakfast and they guy who was always there to carry our luggages. Lots of steps than we expected and the railings are unsafe.They have 3 pools exclusive only for the private villas.Wifi is very slow and ac is not cold.It's about 15 mins to the center so I recommend to stay somewhere flat and near the center.

My friends and I rented two of the villas each with a private pool. We had #1 and 2. 1 being the highest one up the hill. The view from the lounging terrace was spectacular In villa 1. The room itself was adequate. An L shaped open plan room with the bed tucked in the top of the L. It was against 2 walls and a tight passage on the only open side. There were no outlets near the bed. The bathroom was of good size. And was a wet shower set up. As is common elsewhere in the Philippines. What you wipe with goes in a bin on the side Villa 2 had a much more convenient square layout. Our friends were not sharing a bed, so we had the staff bring up an extra mattress to lay on the floor in front of the window. Both pools were very nice. Villa 1 pool had a waterfall. There was an issue with A bunch of kids getting into both pools while we were out. We came back to find them and politely shooed them away. Rumor was they were friends/family of the owners The big word of caution is what most other reviews have called out about the steep hill side and steps up to the villas. It was 100+ steps to Villa one. It became a challenge After a few days some Our less than fit in the group. For that reason alone, we should should've booked something in town on flatter ground The breakfast served was adequate. Be aware you must order the food the day before The staff was very helpful. They carried our luggage up. And down at our 430a departure I give this place 5 stars because of the views, the staff, affordable prices for a private pool. I wouldn't stay again because of the steps

My partner and I stayed here! We throughly enjoy our stay with Viewdeck Cottages! The staff were fantastic, The rooms where very clean, perfect location and great breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

I've traveled many places around the world but El Nido Viewdeck Cottages is best bang for buck. Stayed on the 5th floor and the view was spectacular. Polite n helpful staff made it an even bigger bargain. My only regret is not staying longer!

Ich war 3 Wochen in diesem Hotel im Februar 2023 und begeistert. Es ist eine sehr schöne gepflegte kleine Hotelanlage nahe dem Zentrum von El Nido. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber und werden alle 2 Tage gereinigt und beim Frühstück hat man eine sehr gute Auswahl und bekommt eine tolle Qualität. Besonders toll, ist das super freundliche Personal, das einen mit einem Lächeln empfängt und bei Fragen behilflich sind. Ich habe an der Rezeption auch mein Motorrad, den Transfer nach Puerto Princessa sowie alle Tour Pakete von A bis D gebucht und es hat super geklappt. Ich werde nächstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen und kann dieses Hotel jedem für einen tollen Urlaub in El Nido empfehlen ,

Nous avions pris une chambre avec piscine privé, la chambre été très typique en bambou mais atroce en terme de confort pas insonorisé du tout, impossible de fermer l’œil de la nuit car coqs et chiens qui hurlent toute la nuit… Accès à la salle de bain par le balcon (salle de bain vraiment médiocre et pas très propre et qui ne se ferme pas à clé alors que l’accès se fait par l’extérieur, moustiquaire troué également) Par contre le cadre vraiment incroyable, vue à couper le souffle sur notre terrasse vraiment bien dommage que la chambre n’était pas top Préparez vos meilleurs chaussures pour monter a la chambre parce qu’il y a énormément de marche (mais la vue le vaut bien) bien pour 2-3 jours pas +

La pire expérience de ma vie en terme d’hygiène … A l’arrivée, le quartier très sale n’inspire déjà rien de bon, après être arrivé à l’accueil vous vous retrouvez nez à nez avec une pancarte des autorités locales indiquant que l’hôtel est condamné pour ne pas avoir traité ses eaux usées, ça promet … Après une escalade interminable de 10min (comme si vous montiez 10 étages d’un immeuble en reprenant votre souffle), vous serez agréablement surpris par la vue mais ça ne sera que le seul point positif, pour résumer : - nous avions réservé le studio avec piscine et l’eau était totalement verte avec les parois couvertes en algues le propriétaire de l’hôtel nous indique que ça provient du chlore … la blague !!! Il accepte finalement de passer un coup de brosse sur le carrelage bref - la chambre n’était pas propre, comme vous le verrez sur les photos (insectes morts, cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain, taches dans le frigo qui sentait le moisi) - climatisation bruyante car modèle ancien, impossible de dormir avec - l’acces à la salle de restaurant de l’hôtel était condamnée car le gérant faisait de l’élevage de chien a l’intérieur, super avec les odeurs d’excréments Grâce à l’intervention de Booking nous avons pu annuler la réservation et nous faire rembourser car les normes sanitaires n’étaient absolument pas respectées, je vous conseille d’éviter absolument cet hôtel, vous serez bien mieux logés dans un Airbnb ou hôtel de Corong Corong et pour le même prix !! A éviter vraiment
