整座酒店比較安靜,給人一種安全感。樓下的早餐服務人員態度很好。可以點煎蛋,有時候還有牛肝。但周邊沒有可以逛的地方。

酒店的服務態度極差 前台的女士的服務態度簡直無法形容 酒店的早餐一般般 房間熱水不是很熱 Wi-Fi也很差 最重要的是酒店的服務 真的太差了 而且一點也不尊重客人 不敲門直接進入 不會再次入住的酒店 服務極差 巨差

This is clearly a decent class hotel that has seen better days. There are bits falling off in rooms. Plumbing that just works and an elevator that works on good days. Breakfast is fine with a wide variety of local dishes, few of which I wanted for breakfast. The scrambled eggs were OK on day1: a bit mushy. Tues To Thurs they were custard. The hotel and whole area around it is dry. I would not choose to stay here.

Points the Hotel could improve on • Reception staff don’t answer the phone so don’t bother calling them from your room. Apparently the whole Hotel only have 1 room with a walk in shower for people with a disability as all the other rooms have bath tubs. • We got told that the Hotel has only 1 iron so there is a time limit and the wires are exposed on it too so very dangerous. • The Lobby Bar need larger glasses to drink out of as drinking brandy and coke out of a flute glass just doesn’t work also the bar staff need to be more friendly and we found them the rudest. • The buffet food tends to be repetitive and could benefit from having theme nights. • The rooms are basic and our bathroom had rusty taps and shower head, no bath mats and towels were not getting replaced. No hangers in the cupboards. • Majority of sun lounges are damaged and need replacing and also beach towels seem to be in short supply too. Pool bar don’t give bottles of water so you have to walk to main building to get a bottle. • Spa staff and water sport staff keep hounding you even when you have told them you are not interested. • Guests are also told to write 5 stars reviews while they are there by the staff, this is shocking!!! The only good thing was the entertainment team as they were amazing and lots of good energy!!!

Booked the hotel for a night stop between flights. Arranged a car transfer from airport hotel. On arrival at the airport the driver was nowhere to be found, a helpful respresentative from another hotel called them and they had forgotten to send the driver, I had to wait nearly 2 hours to be finally picked up. The hotel has just been renamed and on the night of my stay seemed very quiet, I was allocated a king room and it was clean and spacious, the bathroom was ok, a bit dated and the shower water pressure was average at best. Breakfast was very poor with little western options Very handy if needing to be near the airport

Good hotel, you get what you have paid for. Receptionist are frindly , the room is good, bathroom is good too. Breakfast is good with several options. I like the way they cook the eggs. Waiters are frindly and are at call. The hotel offers a free WiFi and a business centre. The location is nearby the airport. Restaurants are close to the hotel. There is a nice small café opposite to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and so organised, close to many restaurants and pharmacy, safe place. I did not like the fact that there was no flashing/washing tube in the toilet which is not hygienic at all and most of the hotel changed this. Also the parking is very limited on we bearly were able to find a slot in front of the hotel. They wrote for us that we will find a special treat on arrival. The only special treat we found was water.

Very nice place to stay! Close to the airport. Nice staff. Comfortable bed and room. Quiet. Lots of restaurants nearby and easy to walk around the lake. I would recommend this property for your trip to tunis

I was 4 days in Occidental Lac Tunis and the overall experience is very positive. All the employees were always very nice and available for anything you need. My Room was very beautiful, big, extremely cleaned all days and with an amazing bed, really comfortable. The only less positive point was the variety of the breakfast ( but I think that it's mostly regarding my food preferences), but not aligned with a 4 stars hotel. However, I truly recommend this hotel, especially if you are travelling for work reasons. It's very near the lake, a very nice place to visit.

Overall the hotel is worth its value, and we might even come back. Unfortunately we just happen to get a room that had a loud noise coming from its ceiling vent. It sounded just like a large laundry machine was outside the door. But we think it might have been the AC unit. When we told the front desk at check out that it should be looked at since it woke us up in the middle of the night. We could tell that he was not going to do anything about it (bc he just smiled and did not demonstrate any sympathy or concern). We were also disappointed that we had to pay for our taxi since it lists that they have a free airport transfer.

Hôtel correct, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Par contre le week-end il n’y a pas de buffet, il faut prendre à la carte au restaurant le soir. L’hôtel ne dispose pas de parking, mais des places sont réservées devant.

Hotel bellissimo, pulito, elegante, con ampi spazi. Posto strategico da cui visitare con pochi minuti di taxi, le bellezze di Tunisi. Personale gentile, accogliente e disponibile! La colazione è super abbondante, dal dolce al salato, una delizia e una vera coccola! Si può usufruire della piscina del vicinissimo hotel La Concorde, altro mast del posto... Esperienza fantastica!

Cet hôtel est parfait mais je vais argumenter.déja quand on arrive a l'hôtel une personne nous accueille et a prioris un garde reste toute la nuit pour surveiller les véhicules de la clientèle.une fois arrivé l'hôtel est très luxueux et un très bon wifi a disposition qui marche super bien et avec une ascenseur pour monter a la chambre et dans la chambre quand on arrive il y'a des fruits comme des oranges et des dattes etc et dans la chambre le carlage était très jolie avec aussi une baignoire ensuite nous sommes descendus de nos chambres pour aller manger et la nourriture est très bonne.il y'a aussi une salle de réunion et un business center avec plein d'ordinateur et le petit déjeuner est pareil très bon avec une grande variété et plein de jus différents proposés.il y'a aussi un spa et une piscine a disposition pour les clients mais il faut aller dans le bâtiment d'en faire tout est écrit sur un papier qui est dans la chambre et l'hôtel dispose aussi de toilette propre

Pas de serviettes dans la SDB (elles ont mis environ 2h à arriver, de la lune ?) clim poussive, paiement au service incessant ... une drôle d'ambiance dans ce 4 étoiles ... quand on plus on croise un cafard énorme la nuit dans la SDB cela tourne au carrément glauque.

Super propre accessible confortable. Proche de toutes commodites de l’aéroport des taxis. Quartier très sécurisé. Coiffeur restos très proches. Petit café style Starbucks au bas de l’hôtel. Super pour un court séjour. Le petit déjeuner très bon pour la Tunisie.
