Отличный отель с прекрасными видами! Не новый, но все поддерживается в хорошем состоянии. На территории много зелени. Вкусные и разнообразные завтрак (даже вкусная колбаса, не картонная:)) и ужин. Приветливый и ненавязчивый персонал. До Даунтауна 5 минут неспешной ходьбы.

Love Panorama Bungalows El Gouna. My favourite Hotel. Fabulous staff, location and resort. I have stayed here many times and keep coming back twice a year. For the price it's a great all inclusive hotel and offers good value for money. Ignore the negative reviews, the hotel is being upgraded all the time. New spa just opened. Lovely Hub bar and Italian and Egyptian oriental restaurants along with the main restaurant. Chinese was just opening as I was leaving. I heard it's good too. Some people seem to moan about anything. Yes some Egyptians will go in the pool or sea in their 'clothes', they wear this swimwear as it's their religion. Not harming anyone. Staff are always there to give their best service, no one can fault them at all. They serve drinks to you at the pool and the beach. Service and food at the beach is excellent. All inclusive on Panorama Bungalows part of Zeytouna Beach, and a complimentary boat to take you there and back too! What more do you wish for? It's great! I've never known hotel staff to look after everyone so well and remember you every visit or even after your first, second or more. They are an asset to the hotel and make it what it is. A great place to stay for your holiday and one to remember always. Anything you need, the staff are there to help. Nothing is too much trouble. Management is always there to make your holiday a great one too. I look forward to going back again at Xmas and new year. Already stayed three times this year. From the check in, to your room, to the beach and pool, to the restaurants and lovely food, to the staff and the location, it's 100% and 5 stars from me. Wow . Well where do I start , we were recommended this hotel in El Gouna and it didn't disappoint. So on arrival it looks like there are some renovations needed . However once inside this is where the love story of this hotel started. Friendly warm greeting, we arrived late and we were immediately offered food and drinks . We declined as it had been a very long day travelling and really needed our bed. We were initially given a room where there were renovations taking place . The hotel is being renovated in certain parts and the workmen are trying hard to keep this out of site so that it doesn't impact your holiday . However we did have a small bed, i like to star fish and my poor husband fell out of bed , and to be honest I had already seen the bungalows and was dying to get one, but it wasn't an option on the travel site that we used to book the holiday . So in the morning I hot footed it to the reception to ask for a different room . When I explained why, we were upgraded to a bigger room that then had 3 beds in it ..no issues no questions , only if were we happy with the new room. We were it was lovely . However I was still curious about the bungalows so when we went back the next day and asked if they had any free and could we pay to upgrade at this point I thought I was.just being a little diva .. but none of this was a problem , I've never had such amazing service or been made to feel that nothing was too much trouble. Moving on to the views and facilities everything you could want from excusions to boat taxi free every hour, to the private island where drinks and food are all inclusive, make sure you go to the island and to the resturant and bar for panorama hotel or you might end up paying . The service around the pool , well as soon as you see a bed the guys come over put your towel down for you, get you an ashtray if you smoke and then the bar guys come round and get you what ever drinks you want . The pool is beautiful and definatley needed . The heat is so strong its a well deseversd cool down. The spa is also another must do where the treatments make you glow. I know this sounds too good to be true but it isn't. The best experience though is, ive never been to a hotel apart from the bellagio in hurghada where the food for all.inclusive is just stunning. The chefs take so much pride in their work and I have seen so many all.inclusives to know that most are like canteens . Nope not these teams, it wasn't surprising to find out that the hotels are owned by the same owner, who clearly only hires people that are proud to wor and rake pride in the work they dokthe food is dramatic displays of the most tastiest food that meets the taste buds of most people . I've never met such genuine caring kind people who work silly hours very hard in extreme heat. Always with a big smile. They are the most polite friendly people I've ever met. If you go and you can't see this in them then I belive there is a problem with you not them , as I witness

The best hoilday I would like to thank every one really the place is very nice. the reception from the beginning is very welcomed and ordered welcome drink to us . also renovated lagoon room is Amazing the staff is very friendly .the restaurant and food very delicious

A very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best vacations in my life. Staff is well trained. They provide excellent food quality. Staff is punctual and they attend to any request promptly. Strongly recommended for families and couples.

We stayed for 11 days in March of this year and cannot speak highly enough of the hotel. We arrived late evening and reception staff were fantastic, our room was next to the pool, was sparkling clean and was more than we expected! The hotel and grounds are beautiful, feels like you are in a tropical paradise. The food choice was excellent, I am quite fussy but there was plenty of choice for me, even though I don't expect this because its my own fault I'm fussy! My partner will eat anything and he tried something new nearly every meal and loved all of it. What makes this hotel is without a doubt the staff, they are on site for such long hours but are always cheery, go out of their way to help and are ready to have a wee chat any time. The staff are the main reason we have booked to go back this November and we are already looking to book for next March/April! Also had a wee friend in one of the hotel cats, we named her Baby, and she would come in the room for cuddles, which absolutely made my holiday! Hoping to see her again when we come back. Just returned from a fantastic 10 day visit and can't wait to return again. We vist Eygpt twice a year and don't normally return to the same hotel twice but there are so many positives about this hotel and the resort of El Gouna itself it's definitely on the cards. Location is 100 % spot on for view and proximity to Downtown and hotel is clean everywhere with beautiful gardens and such welcoming staff who help make your stay perfection. Food quality is superb and definitely come close to a 5 star rating so much choice and wonderful taste and variety. We have stayed at the sister hotel to this which has so many similarities but this hotel has a more relaxed and personal vibe with much cleaner and nicer surroundings. There is definitely a need for improvement on the entertainment side but this doesn't really bother us as Bato was hard working but there is only so much one person can do on their own 24/7. The only negative I could see here is the swimming pool is a bit tired looking with quite a few missing tiles but still fully usable and nice to cool off with such hot days. Hotel does have building work going on but this didn't effect our holiday in any way and can only be seen as a positive that shows money is being spent to continue the refurbishment for the customers benefit. Thanks to all the hard working staff at this hotel you are a amazing and made our stay so welcoming ....too many people to thank in person but well done keep up the good work it's a big WOW from me .
