A lovely one night stay ahead of travelling to Chile. The most amazing staff that I have ever experienced, I left my iPad behind in my room and the receptionist got in his car to bring it down to the bus station for me before I had even realised that it was missing. A truly kind act going over and above that I have not since forgotten as well as being generally helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

This is a lovely little hotel, a block from all the shops and restaurants off the main street in El Calafate. Also, walking distance to shuttle that goes to the Glaciarium Patagonian Ice Museum (don't miss this!). The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful but our favorite part was the terrific restaurant (Kau Kaleshen), attached to the hotel. We chose to eat there all 3 nights.

Stayed here over Christmas. Loved the area and the glaciers. The hotel was comfortable and staff was awesome!! It is a small family run hotel and is very centrally located and serviced by most tour companies. They offer laundry services at a reasonable cost and are able to store food for you in their refrigerator, should you need to do so. Breakfast at the hotel was included!

Nice hotel with a nice courtyard. The people at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable on activities to do in the area. Room was very nice overlooking the courtyard. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Shower had really nice hot water and was really refreshing. Wi-Fi is good at best and at times not so responsive and may be a regional issue. I thought breakfast was plentiful and. excellent: strong coffee, delicious cereal, fresh fruits, orange juice, baked items, and some delicious cheese.

This small hotel is very clean, friendly and centrally located. The owner (?) Lionel went out of his way to make my stay perfect. The Wifi is excellent, the room is comfortable and the shower was hot. There isn't a TV, but since all the program are in Spanish - I didn't care.

We spent a few nights here, broken up by some overnight trips elsewhere, so we stayed in several rooms. Each one was lovely and perfect for what we needed. The rooms were cozy with comfortable beds. We slept well each time. The best part about staying here was the top notch customer service from reception. We started whatsapping / emailing with them before our trip and were given helpful relationship. They were even able to get us on glacier minitrek for a tour sold out online and generally helped us with transportation. We dined at their restaurant, which was delicious, as well as convenient. For other nights, they made great food recommendations and reservations. Would stay here again without hesitation. Coming back here after our long days of travel was like coming home.

Cute hotel with a courtyard and an outgoing and friendly cat. Breakfast was the typical Argentinian continental with good coffee. Close to stores and restaurants. Service was good. Rooms were clean. Would recommend and hope to stay again!

Lovely inn! Very comfortable and warm stay. 2 minute walking distance to town but quiet enough away from the hustle and bustle. Reception was also extremely helpful. Paid in cash in blue dollar equivalent. Great value all over. Would recommend 100%!

We are not hostel people . They are for young hairy people , not old people like us but our attitude has changed since staying here. I have stayed at top rated hotels that this place would embarrass for service. The rooms are clean , well equipped and peaceful. Reception is top notch with fantastic staff. They have very cheap in house laundry and one of the best restaurants in town. Daily cleaning and toiletries and great Wi-Fi. Great position just off the high street. .
