This is a basic hotel. The room reminded me a bit of a hostel ... spare and without a lot of place to unpack. But it was clean and comfortable, if not a bit hot. Not all front desk staff spoke good English. Basic breakfast. Our flight didn't leave till the evening of our last day (we stayed 3 nights), but they wouldn't let us stay in our room any time past check out - although one front desk staff member said we could. But we could use their lobby, washroom and wifi during the day. It is easy to get to the main street from the hotel

The best part of the place is the staff!! They are all amazing, super knowledgeable and ready to help. The hotel is in a great location.A few block to the town center, delicious breakfast. Bedrooms very comfortable and clean. We thank them very much for all their attention and recommend them highly!

I needed to change my reservation and was unable to reach anyone at the hotel. I tried emailing, calling both phone numbers listed on the website several times, sent a facebook message, sent an instagram message, tried messaging on whatsapp (they didn't have an account). They never responded to any of the messages, emails, or phone calls. Incredibly unprofessional.

Un hotel muy pintoresco. Me recuerda mucho a los hoteles de ruta que se ven en las peliculas americanas. Me cayo muy bien y esta bastante bien ubicado cerca del centro y con una excelente calefaccion que en una ciudad tan fria es bastante relevante. No se bien porque pero a mi esposa y a mi nos dieron camas separadas. cuando le comente al recepcionista me dijo que así habia sido la reserva y no había manera de modificarlo. No me terminó de cerrar del todo la respuesta pero tuvimos que aceptarla. Al margen de esto, las habitaciones, las camas y los baños son de categoría. Muy confortables y modernos. El desayuno es estándar, acorde a un hotel de esa categoría. No tiene gimnasio ni salón de juegos pero si un aceptable espacio de estacionamiento. Lo recomiendo por el confort y por ubicación y sobre todo por tener una tarifa justa.

Custo benefício excelente. Quarto espaçoso, próximo ao centro. Somente o café da manhã que não gostei. Frutas enlatadas, pão duro, ao menos deveria ter uma torradeira para aquecer o pão que está duro. Do resto bom hotel, atendimento cortes

Hotel antigo, de carpete, café da manhã péssimo com pouquíssimas opções! Foi a primeira vez que deixei de tomar café da manhã em hotel! Funcionários sempre de mau humor! Não tinha nem touca de cabelo para tomar banho e o papel higiênico de péssima qualidade

A localização é boa se estiver de carro. Quarto no padrão americano, com 2 camas de casal. Pouco espaço para malas. Banheiro de bom tamanho, mas a banheira não tem cortina e o blindex só vai até o meio da banheira, então respinga fora molhando o chão e o tapete. Esse padrão de banheira também encontramos em Buenos Aires, não nos agrada. Com isso, o banho não foi bom e essa é uma parte importante da hospedagem. Há boas comodidades. O ar-condicionado é bom. Tem estacionamento incluso. O café da manhã é básico, nem torradeira tem.
